Asiasoft Passport Website Maintenance on 29th August 2019

Please be informed that the Passport Website Maintenance has concluded as of 1757hrs.
Please take note of the following:
• Payment method Paydibs will be unavailable on the new MapleStorySEA Passport Portal until further notice. Paydibs customers are advised to utilize other top up methods in the meantime. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• All accounts, inclusive of accounts previously verified with NRIC details, will now require Mobile Number OTP Authentication set up. For more details, please refer to the following announcement: Cessation of Collection of NRIC and Other National ID Numbers.

The following services will not be available during the stipulated timing:
1) Asiasoft Passport Login 2) Asiasoft Passport Account and MapleID account creation 3) Purchase, Topup and Conversion of @Cash 4) Password retrieval, reset and updates 5) @Key services
Game service WILL NOT be affected and will be running as usual.
