GLORY: Pre-Registration

How to Start: Accept the quest [GLORY] MapleStory GLORY Pre-Registration from Glory Icon.
Note: This is a pre-registration event, and all rewards will only be credited at a later time. Rewards can only be received once per Maple ID.

Rewards
If you had previously participated in the Black Mage Campaign (v.180~182) and held a rank, you will be eligible for additional rewards! However, please note that participation of the Black Mage Campaign is recorded by world and not by character. Burning World characters that had participated in the Black Mage campaign but then leaped to another world will not be eligible unless they had already participated in that world.

    Ever wondered what happened to the Heroes after the ultimate fight with the Black Mage? Experience and go through their thoughts post-fight during this period of time exclusively in Glory!

  • Each and every Class may have their own exclusive scenes that they go through.
  • You may decide to go through all [GLORY] The Day After of each and every individual character(s) you have as the quest is Character-bound.
  • The Quest [GLORY] The Day After is a compulsory quest to complete to enable access to The Outpost. This Quest will also enable the Glorium Gauge Bar and Outpost Quests.

    Join the Elite Ranks of the Glorion Team assembled by Empress Cygnus herself. Rise in ranks, and collect Glorium!

  • Glory Gauge is unlocked upon completing the quest [GLORY] The Day After.
  • Each Glorian Rank is unlocked at specific dates throughout patch period:
       ➢Scout Rank (13th November, 2019)
       ➢Sergeant Rank (27th November, 2019)
       ➢Guardian Rank (11th December, 2019)
       ➢Master Rank (24th December, 2019)
       ➢Commander Rank (2nd January, 2020)
       ➢Supreme Rank (15th January, 2020)
  • Each Glorion Rank has their own daily limit, passive rank skill and cost to upgrade ranks.
  • Glorion Rank Passive Skill “Glorion Force” will only last until the 21st of January 2020, 2359hrs.
  • Maplers with Glorion Rank enabled can access the Training Camp, for either Glorium Points or Character EXP.
       ➢The minimum rank to enter the Training Camp is Sergeant and above.
       ➢The daily limit is counted into your Glorium Gauge limit based on respective Glorion Ranks.
       ➢Glorion Members are only able to select the EXP option for Training Camp if they are level 105 and above.


    GLORY: Regular Mission - Nineheart's Request

    Ninheart's always needing your help, Hero.

    Event Duration: 13th November 2019, 0000hrs - 26th November 2019, 2359hrs
    Requirement: Level 101+, Zero characters completing Chapter 2 for Story Quest
    How to Start: Accept starting quest [GLORY] The Day After from Glory Icon and Talk to Nineheart via the Quest [GLORY] Regular Mission: Nineheart’s Request.

    Even though the War against the Black Mage is over, the thought of any future catastrophe has never left the minds of many. The Alliance included, they have been trying to clean up after the war and have been up day and night.

    Help Nineheart get some supplies for the Alliance. Psst, I don’t really think Nineheart needs the money though.. I mean, they do have some spoils of war... if you count the globs of darkness they found.

  • Upon completion of [GLORY] Regular Mission: Nineheart’s Request, you will be provided with a Communication Orb.
  • Use the Communication Orb in level range monster maps to call for Nineheart’s assistance with the supply mission.
  • The Communication Orb will have to be deactivated upon disconnection, channel change, map change and when entering the Cash Shop. This will also reset the accumulated progress for the Orb Gauge.
  • There is no time limit for the Communication Orb gauge.
  • Additional Glory Points will be provided upon completion of each stage of the Orb Gauge.
  • The Communication Orb cannot be used if you have exceeded the daily Glorium Point limit.
  • You can only accumulate Orbs up to a maximum of Stage 10.
  • The Communication Orb will not expire until the end of event.


    GLORY: Borderless

    Beyond borders lie...

    Far from the conflict, between the Black Mage and the Alliance… after the war has been concluded. The sense of uneasiness is still lingering in and around Grandis.


    GLORY: Alliance Coin Shop

    All that Glorium. Trade them ALL in.

    How to Start: Speak to NPC Velder in Outpost. Can only be accessed after starting quest [GLORY] The Day After from Glory Icon is completed.

  • Alliance Coin Shop is around the corner, packed with goodies for Glorion members and Ho Young goodies.
  • Alliance Coin Shop will only be available from the 27th November 2019, After Maintenance until the 26th January 2020, 2359hrs
  • Items sold in the Alliance Coin Shop is divided and locked behind Glory Ranks, which are unlocked on specific dates throughout the patch.
  • Different rank sales are also unlocked at certain dates throughout the patch after maintenance has been concluded on the stated dates.
  • All items are permanent, except if their expiry are stated in the item description.
  • All item tradability and restriction are as stated in the item description.
  • Items on sale in the Alliance Coin Shop may have different purchase limits, whereby some can be purchased on a daily basis, some by a limited number per character, or even a limited number of purchases per World.


    GLORY: Regular Mission - Dimensional Schism

    Something's not right...

    How to Start: Accept starting quest [GLORY] The Day After from Glory Icon and Talk to Nineheart via the Quest [GLORY] Regular Mission: Dimensional Schism.

    There seems to be an unusual disruption and upsurge of anomaly in Maple World and Grandis which has torn dimensions apart and spectre monsters have been appearing randomly.

    However, the Alliance has created a pendulum to forcefully summon the spectre monsters to your area… Wouldn’t that be a little too convenient?

  • The Tracking Pendulum is provided upon completion of the Quest [GLORY] Dimensional Schism.
  • The Tracking Pendulum will be available as a Beginner Class Toggle Skill. Right click the Skill to activate it if the skill isn’t activated automatically.
  • The Skill can only be activated in Hunting Maps with level ranged monsters.
  • Additional monsters will spawn in the map when enough Dimension Fragment is collected.
  • Dimension Fragments can only be obtained from killing level ranged monsters while having the skill activated.
  • Additional Glorium Points and EXP will be awarded upon completion of Dimension Schism.
  • Multiple players may not have the skill activated in the same map while being on the same channel.
  • The Dimension Schism Phase will be automatically deactivated when 150 Spectre Monsters has been defeated and will reset to 0 Dimension Fragments.
  • The Tracking Pendulum skill cannot be used if you have exceeded the daily Glorium Point limit.
  • The Tracking Pendulum skill will be available until the end of event.


    GLORY: Regular Mission - Unstable Boundary

    Hey, what's happening? Hang on tight!

    Event Duration: 27th November 2019, After Maintenance - 10th December 2019, 2359hrs
    Requirement: Level 101+, Zero characters completing Chapter 2 for Story Quest
    How to Start: Accept starting quest [GLORY] The Day After from Glory Icon and Talk to Nineheart via the Quest [GLORY] Regular Mission: Unstable Boundary.

    A distorted space has appeared containing unknown sources of energy, seems like they would explode anytime… Nineheart requests if you are able to assist Checky by taking the airship into the boundary.

    Do you have a license for flying a plane? I sure don’t.. Cause they kinda think that you do.

  • All Gloriom Members will start out with Level 1 Airships. Upgraded AIrships (Level 2, 3 and 4) will be provided upon accumulating a total of:
       ➢ 1,000 Glorium Points - Level 2
       ➢ 15,000 Glorium Points - Level 3
       ➢ 30,000 Glorium Points - Level 4 (MAX)
  • Upgraded Airships will have improved movement and will provide better charged attack range.
  • The arrow keys are used for movement.
  • The Z and X keys are used for attack. It can also be charged to destroy more than 1 energy at the same time.
  • In succession of destroy more than 1 energy with 1 attack will grant you bonus points.
  • The session will be limited to 5 minutes per attempt.
  • There is a daily limit to the Unstable Boundary event.


    GLORY: Challenge Mission - Magic Golem Training

    What's that cute little ball--- IT'S MOVING. HELP!

    Requirement: Level 101+, Zero characters completing Chapter 2 for Story Quest
    How to Start: Accept starting quest [GLORY] The Day After from Glory Icon and Talk to Athena Pierce via the Quest [GLORY] Challenge Mission: Magic Golem Training Ground.

    Grendel the Really Old wants to remind everyone that it is always smarter to keep training and not let your guard down at any given time. Grendel has designed a special training ground for all Glorion Members to use for training purposes.

  • You can only receive the Glory reward point once a day per world.
  • Glorion Members will be able to attempt to clear the Training Ground countless times and choose to receive the latest acquired points from the event.
  • If you have completed and received the Glorium reward point for today, you may still attempt the training ground mission but you will not be provided with any point reward.


    GLORY: Weekly Mission - Anomaly Investigation

    Maple World? Grandis? Maple World? Grandis? Wait, where am I again?

    Event Duration: 27th November 2019, After Maintenance - 21st January 2020, 2359hrs
    Requirement: Level 101+, Zero characters completing Chapter 2 for Story Quest
    How to Start: Accept starting quest [GLORY] The Day After from Glory Icon and Talk to Athena Pierce via the Quest [GLORY] Weekly Mission: Anomaly Investigation.

    There are reports of portals opening up around Maple World and Grandis absorbing monsters into the portal and transferring dark energy to them... Nineheart needs you “again” to take out these monsters before they are able to pose any threat to anyone!

  • Weekly mission count can only be completed 30 times a week and will reset every Wednesday 1000hrs.
  • The weekly mission count is World-bound.
  • The Glorium Point reward obtained from this event will not count towards your Daily Glory Point limit.



    Maple Relay

    Hello Popo, it's nice to meet you... Let's get right to it, I heard you have some goodies for me? heheh

    Event Duration: 13th November 2019, After Maintenance - 10th December, 2359hrs
    Requirement: Level 61+, Zero characters completing Chapter 2 for Story Quest, MVP Bronze and higher
    How to Start: Accept starting quest [Maple Relay] Play with Popo and Get Login Rewards! from Star Notifier.

    Simply stay online to receive rewards! Oh... wait, hold up! Before you start wandering off thinking to let the time tick past, you’ve gotta see what Popo has in store for Maplers this time round. Popo has added a twist to the event because Popo loves you!
  • Methods to accelerate Maple Relay progress:
       Note: The acceleration can be triggered multiple times.
       ➢ Achieving 300 Combo Kills
       ➢ Defeating Elite Boss / Messenger of Darkness
       ➢ Activating a Rune
       ➢ Participating in Bounty Hunter portals
       ➢ Participating in Flame Wolf
       ➢ Using 5 Core Gemstones
       ➢ Upgrading of Arcane Symbol
       ➢ Defeating Daily Bosses
       ➢ Defeating Weekly Bosses
       ➢ Defeating Monthly Bosses
  • Daily rewards can be redeemed with a total accumulated time of 30/60/120/180 minutes daily.

  • Accumulate daily Maple Relay rewards, and you will be able to obtain exclusive rewards for participating in the event, inclusive of Popo's most prized possessions! Popo refuses to tell me what it is though :(
  • Cumulative Record is shared across the entire Maple Account.
  • Any form of disconnection will not result in any loss of progress for the day.
  • Daily progress recorded will only reset at 0000hrs.
  • The exclusive rewards can only be obtained ONCE.



    Ho Young's Level-Up Support

    TERA BURNING PLUS is here! Plus? Plus what? Plus levels, and FAST! Not your usual Tera Burning, yo.

    Event Duration: 20th November 2019, After Maintenance - 10th December, 2359hrs
    Requirement: Level 10 and above
    How to Start: Accept starting quest [Tera Burning+] Get a Tera Burning Booster! from Star Notifier.


    UP TO LEVEL 200! 1+2!! Time to set the maps ablaze!! Oh, wait, what? Effect does not only apply to newly created characters? Ah my priest at Level 90, it's your turn to shine.

    This time, there isn’t any specific restrictions where you need to create a character and in an event world. Find a character you want to boost and do it in any world: Aquila, Bootes, Cassiopeia or Draco! The choice is in your hands!

    Mechanics
  • Tera Burning Booster only be claimed ONCE* per World.
  • Tera Burning Booster is a consumable USE ITEM with a 7-days expiry period, obtained upon completion of [Tera Burning+] Get a Tera Burning Booster! Quest.
  • Tera Burning Booster can be transferred between characters of the same world.
  • You can use the item ONCE to apply Tera Burning effect onto an eligible character.
  • Tera Burning Booster will provide Tera Burning effect on the applied character, with faster leveling and extra rewards.
  • Tera Burning Booster can be used on recently released classes such as Pathfinder and Ho Young, with no restrictions.
  • Tera Burning Booster cannot be used on Zero class.
  • Tera Burning Booster can be used on any and all characters, even if they were created before the event period.
  • Tera Burning Effect will last until the end of event period.
    *Note: Please take note that should any character that receive the Tera Burning effect from the Tera Burning Booster be deleted from the account, another Tera Burning Booster will NOT be provided.



    Extreme Breakthrough

    Fly past your limits! Break through all of them!

    Event Duration: 20th November 2019, After Maintenance - 21st January 2020, 2359hrs
    Requirement: Level 101+, Received Tera Burning Booster Effect from Tera Burning+ event

    Level up to Level 201~220 for additional arcane river items along with some 3x EXP Coupons. Bring in the levels, because it’s time to level up your Arcane Symbols!

    Extreme Breakthrough: Level-up Gift
    How to Start: Accept starting quest [GLORY] Get an Extreme Breakthrough Level-up Gift! from Glory Icon.
    Rewards per level achieved between:
  • Level 201 ~ 210
       ➢ Arcane Symbol: Road to Extinction x 10
       ➢ Core Gemstone x 3
       ➢ 3x EXP Coupon (15mins) x 2
  • Level 211 ~ 220
       ➢ Selective Arcane Symbol Exchange Coupon x 20
       ➢ Core Gemstone x 5
       ➢ 3x EXP Coupon (15mins) x 2
  • Initial reward for achieving the level milestone are in the form of coupons, will have a 7-days expiry period and is untradeable.
  • All rewards can be obtained from the event can be redeemed from the Glory Icon upon leveling up via the Quest [GLORY] Get an Extreme Breakthrough Level-up Gift!

    Push through Monster Park, experience the story and get additional rewards.
