NOVA BOX & COIN SHOP SEASON 3
NOVA will be incomplete without its very own Coin and Coin Shop! As NOVA ends, the shop refreshes and brings in new items while keeping some of the previous shop's items!

NOVA Boxes
• Kill Level Range Monsters to obtain rare NOVA Boxes!
→ Level Range Monsters are monsters between -20 and +20 of your Character's Level.
• NOVA Boxes will be automatically consumed upon loot to award 1
NOVA Coin. • You can obtain up to 60
NOVA Coins from NOVA Boxes daily.
NOVA Coin Shop
Manon (or what seems to be Manon dressed up for Winter) has opened a shop to sell goodies during this NOVA patch in Major Towns. Be sure to catch the exclusive Cosmos Ring sold in the Coin Shop!
Furthermore, you can now access the shop from the Star Notifier > NOVA Shop Icon on the left side of your screen. The NOVA Coin Shop accepts
NOVA Coins obtainable from events.
SPEED HUNTING! HASTE EVENT!
Time to haste it up a notch! Complete missions, get rewards! Simple, fast and rewarding!
Duration: 17 January 2018 (After Patch) ~ 30 January 2018, 2359hrs
Requirement: Level 33+ (Zero classes must complete Story Chapter 2)
How to Start: Accept the quest [NOVA] Speed Hunting! Haste Event! from the Star Icon on the left side of the screen.
During the Haste Event, the server goes at a hastened speed! During this event, the following will be the new norm:-
• Elite Monsters will appear at a faster rate
• Rune Appearance and Cooldown Time has been reduced
• Rune EXP Buff has been increased
• Sudden Mission cooldown has been reduced
• Sudden Mission Maximum Limit has been doubled
• Bounty Hunter Portals will appear at a faster rate
• EXP obtained from Flame Wolf has been increased
• Boss Party Formation Buff has been increased

Missions
• Hunt 999 Level Range Monsters
• Hunt 20 Elite Monsters

Complete daily missions to obtain rewards such as Yellow Cubes, Purple Cubes, Crimson Resurrection Flame, Rainbow Resurrection Flame, Spell Traces, and other Enhancement Items!

FESTIVAL SUGAR TIME
20 January 2018 is a special day! Log in and join us in Festival Sugar Time, where staying online nets you a sweet reward!
Duration: 20 January 2018, 1200hrs ~ 20 January 2018, 2359hrs
Requirement: Level 33+ (Zero classes must complete Story Chapter 2)
How to Start: Accept the quest from the Festival Sugar Time Icon on the left side of the screen.
Event Mechanics
• Stay online on between the event period, and receive NOVA Coins, 2X EXP Coupons and a chance to win up to 1,000,000 Maple Points!
• For every 30 minutes for up to 120 minutes you are connected, rewards can be obtained!
• The playtime will be cumulative up to 120 minutes, upon which the timer will pause until all rewards have been claimed.
• You can participate in Festival Sugar Time up to 5 times per MapleID.
Rewards
Each reward can be obtained by clicking on the "Get" Button on the UI. The list of rewards obtainable from each tier is as follows:• 30 Minutes:

The Brain God
The fun-loving animals, including all-knowing One-Two Punch Cat and and its gang are back! This time, they want to dig deep into your brains and conduct research to find the Brain God!
Duration: 31 January 2018, 1000hrs (After Maintenance) ~ 20 February 2018, 2359hrs
Requirement: Level 33+ (Zero classes must complete Story Chapter 2)
How to Start: Accept the quest from the [Event] Brain God Research Center Opened from the Brain God Icon in the Star Notifier on the left side of the screen.
Event Mechanics
• Answering the questions correctly and obtain points! Move towards A or B to select your answer.
• Beware of a few tricks up the Researcher's sleeves! Move fast, precise, and accurately!
• Even in the case of an incorrect answer, there will be a chance to earn more points. All participants will be able to vote for who they think is the true Brain God, and if their guess is correct, points can be obtained!
• Collect points to exchange them for rewards!
Rewards
Accumulate points and exchange them for special rewards from the dialogue window. Many rewards to be obtained!

How to Start: Access the Lunar New Year Icon inside the Star Icon on the left side of the screen.
Everyday Red Envelope
What is the New Year without Red Packets filled with goodies? Receive a red packet from the Maple Administrator from the
Lunar New Year Icon [Lunar New Year 2018] Everyday Red Envelope and receive something even better than chocolate coins from us! You can receive a Red Envelope once a day. 
Upon opening the Red Envelope, you will receive a random consumable item, and an additional item that you can choose between two equally enticing rewards! Choose between a 3x EXP Coupon or 3x Drop Coupon! There is also a small chance to receive the Damage Skin - Red Envelope from opening the Red Envelope!
Lucky Eight Ring
Feeling not too lucky? With the Lucky Eight Ring, bring fortune and luck this year! Accept the quest [Lunar New Year 2018] Lucky Eight Ring and collect talismans from the Lunar New Year Icon to receive a Lucky Eight Ring! Each day, you can collect talismans to receive an enhancement item for the ring. Do take note that the ring cannot be obtained again upon losing it, don't try a mission impossible, keep it safe!
Firecracker Events
Every festive event is usually followed up with firecrackers, but this time the Firecracker Monster comes to hunt players in Henesys. Oh! Not to mention, I heard that they can drop some mysterious items as well… Uncover the mystery of the Firecracker Box throughout the event period.
Nian's Revenge
Have you ever heard of the mysterious Nian? Legend writes that, the monster called Nian can only be chased away by Firecrackers.. Here's hoping that myth will come in handy here....
Located far away in the dark mountains, Nian is plotting to take over the Maple World, capturing monsters to raise its own army and take over!
Save the captives and take down Nian to save Maple World from this grim ending, and stand a chance to obtain great rewards! In addition, cumulative rewards are given to those who dared challenge themselves to take on the challenges during the event period. Defeat Nian now! Cassandra can send you to Nian's Lair up to 4 times a day.
MAPLEHOOD WATCH
Mr. Bebe is back with everyone's favourite Maplehood Watch event! Protect the neighbourhood and keep watch, kill monsters, collect stuff, get freebies!
Duration: 7 February 2018, 1000hrs (After Maintenance) ~ 27 February 2018 *(Before Patch)
Requirement: Level 33+ (Zero classes must complete Story Chapter 2)
How to Start: Accept the quest [Maplehood Watch] Not in my Neighborhood! from the Star Icon on the left side of the screen.
Beauty Thursday
Every Thursday, accept the quest [Maplehood Watch] Beautification Bonanza from Big Headward or from the Star Icon and complete the quest to receive a Maplehood Watch Hair Coupon and Maplehood Watch Face Coupon!
You can accept Beautification Bonanza up to three times per Thursday on each character, within the event period.
Enhancement Saturday
Every Saturday, accept the quest [Maplehood Watch] New and Enhanced from Mr. Bebe or from the Star Icon and complete the quest to receive a Maplehood Watch Convenience Box automatically credited to your Cash Inventory! Enter the Cash Shop to open the box.
You can accept New and Enhanced up to two times per Saturday on each character, within the event period.
Gachapon Tuesday
Every Tuesday, accept the quest [Maplehood Watch] Gachapon Giveaway from Cassandra or from the Star Icon and complete the quest to receive 5 Maplehood Watch Gachapon in your inventory and 1 Maplehood Watch Avatar Box automatically credited to your Cash Inventory! Enter the Cash Shop to open the box.
You can accept Gachapon Giveaway up to three times per Tuesday on each character, within the event period, before the patch*.
*Note: The event can be done on Tuesday, 27 February from 0000hrs until the server closes for the next Patch Update. Incomplete quests after the patch update will be forfeited and they cannot be completed.
MAGPIE'S NEW YEAR
Magpie's have come to Maple World to celebrate the new year!

It's believed that kites can send your wishes to Heaven. Why don't you try it out? Accept the quest [Lunar New Year] Lunar New Year Preparations from NPC First Magpie to obtain Kite with Wishes.
Fly the Kite with wishes in various towns once a day, and you can get
NOVA Coins as a consolation gift regardless of whether your wish comes true.Do take note that this quest can only be completed on one character per Maple ID.
Magpie's Return Boxes
Elite Monsters have captured the Magpie's Return Box from the Magpies! Kill Elite Monsters to obtain these boxes to obtain coins. You can obtain boxes up to 3 times a day.
Magpie Mini-Games
A variety of Mini-Games are available to play while you celebrate the New Year with Magpies. Have fun with the OX Quiz Game, Kite Riding, and the Game of Yut and earn
NOVA Coins!OX Quiz
Same ol' quiz, just jazzed up with different (and harder) questions! Accept the invitation that appears on the top of your head every 30th minute of the hour and battle it out! Do stay till the end even if you've picked the wrong answer, as you get extra coins for staying till the session is over!
Kite Riding
Have you ever wanted to fly high in the sky? Cast away all your worries and fly free? Well you can almost do that with the Kite Riding mini-game! Collect points, avoid obstacles, and battle others and triumph with the most points! Accept the invitation that appears on the top of your head every 45th minute of the hour and fly high in the skies!
Game of Yut
The classic Game of Yut is back! Sign up, pair up at your own free time, and play Yut! You can earn coins at your leisure with the Game of Yut. However, do take note that there is an entry limit!

Looking for the Love Chocolate
Simply hunt monsters in your Level Range to procure 20 hand-made Love Chocolates made by Cassandra with her overflowing love. Upon returning Cassandra the chocolates, you will be rewarded with 5
NOVA Coins. As Cassandra lost her entire batch of chocolates, you can help her out 10 times per day. Do a good deed and rake up the good karma! WHITE DAY

Regardless of whether you're spending Valentine's Day with your loved one or letting it pass like any other normal Wednesday in February, the Maple Administrator has a real sweet gift for you!
