I forgot my Security PIN. Can you help me to reset my PIN? |

AsiaSoft's Customer Service Counter (CSC) is fully operational with
effect from 24th October 2005. If you are a Singapore based player,
you may proceed to visit our Customer Service Counter with your
National Identity / Student Pass (with photo) / NRIC to reset your
security PIN. You will receive your new security PIN immediately.
Please note that there will be an administrative charge of
SGD$5.00 per request.

please send an email to verification@asiasoftsea.net with the following information.
Subject: Request for Security PIN Reset
1. AsiaSoft Passport Login ID
2. Scan a copy of your National ID (Both front and back), Student Pass (with photo) or Driving License (with photo)
There will be an administrative payment of SGD$5.00 / RM12 for resetting of security PIN. You will be contacted by the administrator with a confirmation email and the mode of payment once we have received your documents.
Your new security PIN will be sent to your registered email once
your payment and identity has been verified. Please note that
requests without any of the above-mentioned information will
not be processed due to security reasons.
Alternatively, you may visit our Singapore Customer Service Counter with your National Identification to reset your
security PIN.
Players are advised to change their PIN immediately upon receiving their new security PIN. |

I forgot my Passport login ID. How do I retrieve my Passport Login ID? |
|
To retrieve your AsiaSoft Passport Login ID,
please follow these procedures:
1. Visit https://passport.asiasoft.net.
2. Click on the 'Forgot your Login ID?' link.
3. Key in your National ID and email address.
4. Your AsiaSoft passport login ID will be sent to your registered email account.
If you have not verified your email previously, you will be prompted to verify
your email address, you may change your email address if the email displayed
is incorrect. Please note that you will need your Security PIN to do so. |

I forgot my Passport Password. How do I retrieve my Passport Password? |
|
To retrieve your AsiaSoft Passport password,
please follow these procedures:
1. Visit https://passport.asiasoft.net .
2. Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link.
3. Key in your Login ID and Security PIN.
4. System will reset and send your new password to your registered email account.
If you have not verified your email previously, you will be prompted to verify your
email address, you may change your email address if the email displayed is incorrect.
A verification code will then be sent to you for email verification purposes.

I forgot my secret answer to my secret question. How do I reset my secret answer?

I tried re-activate my Passport with the re-activation code but it won't work. What can I do? |
|
The re-activation code you submitted may be correct, however please ensure the Security PIN is correct. An "Invalid Security PIN" error will be shown if the PIN entered is incorrect. If you are certain that you have keyed in your Security PIN correctly,
please follow these procedures
to request for a new re-activation code:

I have failed to enter my Security PIN correctly for more than 3 times and my Security PIN has been suspended. What should I do? |
|
An email with a re-activation code for your Security PIN will be sent to your AsiaSoft Passport registered email address. If your AsiaSoft Passport has not been suspended / banned,
please follow these procedures
to re-activate your Security PIN.
1. Check your email for the Security PIN re-activation code.
2. Login to your AsiaSoft Passport.
3. Click on My Profile -> Update Profile.
4. Enter the Security PIN re-activation code into the re-activation text box.
5. Click Submit.
Your Security PIN will be re-activated upon correct entry of re-activation code. Please note that this process does NOT reset your Security PIN. You may continue to use your existing Security PIN to access your AsiaSoft Passport.
However, if your AsiaSoft Passport has been suspended / banned , a verification process has to be done for security reasons. For Singapore based players, you will need to visit our Customer Service Counter with your National Identity / Student Pass (with photo) / NRIC. Your Security PIN and AsiaSoft Passport will be re-activated immediately upon completion of the verification procedure.

How do I delete my MapleStory game account(s)? |
|
Game account(s) cannot be deleted. Changing of login ID/nickname is also not possible. Alternative, you may delete all the characters in any of the existing game account to use it as a "new" game account. You may change the game account's password.

What is the difference between email verification and identity verification? |
|
E-mail verification process verifies if your e-mail address is valid. This is to ensures that AsiaSoft can contact you pertaining to your account. Your membership will be change from "Trial" to "Regular" once the email verification process is completed.
An identity verification process identifies you as the rightful owner of your AsiaSoft Passport. Your membership status will be changed from "Regular" to "Verified" after the identity verification is completed.

Why verify my AsiaSoft Passport? |
|
Verification allows AsiaSoft to provide customer support to the rightful owner of the AsiaSoft Passport. This prevents hackers from abusing your Passport. Verified AsiaSoft Passport holders can also participate in AsiaSoft events.

I did not provide my real particulars during registration. How do I change them now? |
|
If you did not provide your real particulars during your AsiaSoft Passport registration, a $5.00 (USD$3.50) administrative charge will be charged if you need us to change any information:
For Singapore based players:
Visit our Customer Service Counter with your National ID, Student Pass (with photo), Driving License or Singapore Passport to change your AsiaSoft Passport Particulars. An administrative fee of $5.00 will be charged.
For non-Singapore based players,

9. Click submit to complete the email verification process.

10. Copy and paste the activation code into the verification box.

I have request for new password/re-activation codes but when I check my mailbox, there's nothing in there. |

Please allow a 5-10 minutes wait time before you go and check your mailbox, as the delay can be due to high internet traffic. If you still did not receive the codes after 15 minutes, try to request these codes again.

How do I perform identity verification if i am not able to go to the Customer Service Counter personally? |
|
We allow players to be perform identity verifcation by another representative provided the representative has to bring along both the player and his/her own verification documents (original National ID, driving licence or student pass). Do take note that no replica (eg. photocopied) of verification documents will be accepted..

I am using hotmail and it seems that all the emails from AsiaSoft are auto-filtered to the 'Junk' folder. What should I do?

To amend the setting to auto-filter your emails sent by AsiaSoft from 'Junk' folder to 'Inbox', please follow these procedures:
1: Visit http://www.hotmail.com
2: Key in your Email address
3. Key in your password
4. Click on 'Sign in'
5. Click on 'Junk E-Mail' on the left of the page
6. Search for any AsiaSoft email and check the box on the left
7. Click on 'Not Junk'
After successfully moving the email(s) from 'Junk' folder, future emails from AsiaSoft will be directed to your 'Inbox' folder.
