My AsiaSoft Passport and/or Game account's information is known by others, what should I do?

If your AsiaSoft Passport or game account's information (Security PIN, Password etc.) has been compromised and/or you suspect someone may be accessing your account without your knowledge, please scan a copy of the National ID / Student Pass (with photo) / NRIC (Front & Back) that was used to register for the AsiaSoft Passport and send an email to verification@asiasoft.net with the subject " My account has been compromised, please suspend my passport immediately ." Please also include an email address that we can contact you since chances are your registered email address for the AsiaSoft Passport had been changed.

Please note that all requests without proper verification or incorrect verification will not be processed.

Someone scammed my fame, is there anything you can do?
Fame awarding is solely between players and we have limited interference on these activities. The original concept of Fame is voluntary award from player to player, as a form of respect or appreciation. It is not intended to be a trading 'item'. Therefore exchange or trading of fame is based on the players mutual trust and done at your own risk.
Someone scammed my cash item, is there anything you can do?

Any form of Cash/Game items is strictly illegal and any players (both seller and buyer) caught may have their AsiaSoft Passport and Game Account ban for a period of 21 days. Please refer to http://www.maplesea.com/policy/abuse_cashandgameItems.aspx for more information.
