[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 31st July 2019

[Update as of 31st July 2019, 1159hrs (GMT +8)]

All game services have resumed as of 1159hrs (GMT +8).

Please take note of the following fixes:
• An issue where the Reindeer in Mu Lung Garden maps were incorrectly categorized in Monster Collection and thus caused an issue with another monster in Monster Collection has been fixed.
• An issue where crafting material for Resurrection Flame Items were not available in Kritias Coin Shop has been fixed.

Please be informed that there will be a Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 31st July 2019, from 0900hrs to 1200hrs (GMT +8).

Game services for all worlds will not be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly log out before this period of time to avoid any unforeseen complications.

Please also take note that this is the last week to both create and level up your Burning World Character for them to be eligible for Burning World Leap. Please also be reminded you will not be able to access Cash Shop once the Burning Leap Period starts from 7 August 2019 onwards. Players are reminded to manage their inventory accordingly and prepare for the Burning World Leap before 7 August 2019.
