[Completed] PlayPark and PlayMall Scheduled Maintenance and Cash Shop Update on 17th February 2021
[Update as of 17th February 2021, 1031hrs (GMT +8)]
The Cash Shop Update has been concluded ahead of schedule and is fully accessible as of 1030hrs (GMT+8).
All PlayMall and PlayPark services inclusive of @Key services have been fully resumed since 0700hrs (GMT+8) this morning.
Additionally, we would like to inform that all qualifying users who have met the event criteria for our recent CNY event held from 11th to 13th February, will be able to claim their rewards via the in-game reward box from today noon until 23rd February.
Rewards will no longer be claimable after this date and please be advised to redeem your rewards within this date range as we will not be extending the crediting duration.
Please be informed that there will be a Cash Shop Update on 17th February 2021, from 0900hrs to 1100hrs (GMT +8).
Game services will still be running as per normal, but Cash Shop services will be unavailable during this timing.
Meanwhile, PlayPark and PlayMall systems will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance from 0200hrs to 0600hrs (GMT+7 Thailand time). @Key services will be impacted by this, all users who are using the @Key will not be able to login into PlayPark and Passport portals as well as all games and services during the stipulated time.
