[Completed] MapleSEA Passport Maintenance, Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 12th October 2022

The Server Check has concluded and all game channels are accessible as of 1303hrs.

Reward Crediting
  • Eligible users for the Constellation of Dreams Event has been credited.
  • Eligible users for the Starry Ascend to Happiness - Starry Ascension Picnic has been credited.
  • 10 Lucky Winners for the Starry Ascend to Happiness - Lucky Draw of Happiness has been credited with the Time Controller Chair. Winners will also be separately informed via iBox about their winnings.
  • 20 Lucky Winners for the Starry Ascend to Happiness - Lucky Draw of Happiness winning the Bags of Happiness will be informed via your Registered Email in MapleSEA Passport. Please reply to us with your particulars accordingly as requested for us to process your winning prizes.
  • Partial details for the Lucky Draw of Happiness have been released at the original event page.
    * Eligible Maplers will be able to claim all in-game rewards before 25 October 2022, 2359hrs (GMT +8), via the Reward Box icon on the left side of your screen.

    Fix List
  • An issue where items cannot be purchased from the Super Haste Shop has been fixed.
  • An issue where NPC Ayame from Sengoku 2 content was not translated has been fixed.
  • An issue where Red Cube Coupon from Fairy Bros Daily Gift was distributing an incorrect item has been fixed. Users affected by this issue will be able to receive their Red Cubes until 25 October 2022.

    Please be informed that there will be a Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 12th October 2022, from 0900hrs to 1230hrs (GMT +8).

    Game services for all worlds will not be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly log out before this period of time to avoid disruptions to your gameplay.

    In addition, MapleStorySEA Passport services will also be temporarily unavailable during the stipulated timing.
