Event: Shaved Ice Boy

Duration: 9th March 2016 ~ 5th April 2016, 2359hrs (GMT +8)
Level Requirement: Level 33+
How to Start: Accept the quest from NPC Tangyoon or via the Shaved Ice Icon from the Star Icon Notifier

Mechanics

You have to collect Snowflakes for Shaved Ice from monsters around your level, enough to make either Melon Shaved Ice, Mango Shaved Ice, or Strawberry Shaved Ice for Tangyoon:

• Melon Shaved Ice
Requires 20 Snowflakes for Shaved Ice
Rewards you with experience based on your level.
It can be made up to 60 times per day.

• Mango Shaved Ice
Requires 20 Snowflakes for Shaved Ice
Rewards you with a random amount of mesos (up to 1 billion mesos!)
It can be made up to 30 times per day.

• Strawberry Shaved Ice
Requires 100 Snowflakes for Shaved Ice
Rewards you with a random item.
It can be made up to 12 times per day.

Rewards obtained for consuming the Shaved Ices:

• 200 Shaved Ice: Shaved Ice Hat

Event: Attendance Check

Duration: 9th March 2016 ~ 29th March 2016, 2359hrs (GMT +8)
Level Requirement: Level 13+
How to Start: Accept “Challenge: Attendance Check” in Star Icon

Mechanics
• Its that time again and Cassandra is rewarding active Maplers with many rewards!
• Once per day during the event period, Cassandra will stamp on your attendance after you helped her with her request.
• Cassandra will ask you to hunt 200 monsters on your level range for her attendance event quests.

Obtainable Rewards

• Day 1 – Power Elixir x 20
• Day 3 – 2x EXP Coupon (7 days) x 1
• Day 5 – Spell Trace x 100
• Day 7 – Chaos Scroll of Goodness 50% (7 days) x 1
• Day 9 – Special Medal of Honor x 1
• Day 11 – Spell Trace x 200
• Day 14 – Golden Hammer 50% (7 days) x 1

Note:
• Each Attendance Board is tagged to the entire Maple ID
• You can clear the daily attendance quest with any character, however the attendance mark will only be registered once per day.
• Rewards can be claimed by any character that shares the same Maple ID

Event: White Day

Duration: 16th March 2016 ~ 5th April 2016, 2359hrs (GMT +8)
Level Requirement: Level 33+
How to Start: Star Icon Notifier on left side of screen

Mechanics

• “Free Candy Everyday!” event
Each Day, obtain free 500 Candy Points by accepting the quest “[White Day] Daily Free Candy”

• “Candy Points Challenge” event
Take the challenge to see how many candy points you can obtain during the whole duration of the event! Rewards will be given out whenever you achieved the required amount of Candy Points

Obtainable Rewards

White Candy Gift Shop
The Gift Shop can be accessed via the Star Icon Notifier. You can purchase a variety of items with the points collected such as White Day Accesories, Golden Hammer 50%, Special Potential Scrolls, Mystery Mastery Books, Mystery Mastery Book Synergizers and many more! A special quest is available If you purchase the White Day Accessories, a quest will be made available for you to obtain a special title – “Sweet Sour White Day”!

Event: Black Day Couple Breaker

Duration:23rd March 2016 ~ 5th April 2016, 2359hrs (GMT +8)
Level Requirement: Level 33+
How to Start: “[Blackday] Get together, you singles!” from Star Icon Notifier on left side of screen

Mechanics
• Look for Couple Monsters Detectors which are dropped from monsters within your level range. Collect them, and use it to summon a couple monster, after which you will assist Cassandra in defeating them!
• Collect enough Singles Points for Cassandra and receive special titles!

Couple Monsters defeated may drop the following items:

• Black Day Noodles Soup (obtain 50 points when consumed)
• Unidentified Love Letter (obtain 25 points when consumed)
• Black Day Iron Case (open the case to obtain special scrolls and consumables)
• Undelivered Ring (collect 10 to exchange for a special Ring)
• Undelivered Necklace (collect 10 to exchange for a special Pendant)

There is a small chance to summon the Romancist King Slime when using the Detector, and killing him will allow you to obtain an extra loot – the Romancist King Slime Box

• Romancist King Slime Box (Advanced Equip Enhancement Scroll obtainable for up to 3 times, after which subsequent boxes will give you 1000 points)

Mechanics

• “[April Fool’s] Maple 7 Hot News” quest
When hunting monsters within level range, keep an eye for Scoop Megaphones for the latest hot gossips and rumors making its way around Maple World!

• “[April Fool’s] Butterflies and Dreams” quest
While hunting monsters within level range, they will drop bitter sweets, collect 30 of them

• “[April Fool’s] A Seat for the Fooled” quest
Collect Quirky Surprise Coupons from monsters within the level range

Mechanics

• Accept the quest “Giving out coupon to increase experience by 1.5 fold” to receive a free 1.5x EXP Coupon (1hr)
• Accept the quest “Spring gift” to receive a Maple Special Value Pack box, which contains a World Map Warp Drive and a Basic Value Pack Gift Box
• Both these quests are repeatable once a day

Mechanics

• Complete the Picnic Basket by matching a full line from filling it up with Picnic Basket pieces
• Completing the sub-quest “[Picnic] The Best Picnic” will allow you to obtain Picnic Basket pieces, on top of Picnic Gift Boxes
