1) After purchasing the coupon and taking it out from your Cash Inventory, double click it.
2) You will receive a random from the list as seen in the Cash Shop
3) There are some special items you can only obtain from the Maple Royal Style, these items contains stats unlike your usual Cash Items. However the stats has a duration, once the duration is over the stats will be lost but the item will still remain.
