[Completed] Urgent Channel Check on 13th November 2014

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that there will be an Urgent Channel Check on 13th November 2014, from 1430hrs to 1530hrs (GMT +8).

Specific Channels for both Ares & Artemis Gateway will NOT be available during the stipulated timing sequenced as below. You may move to the unaffected channels to avoid any game disruption.

This channel check is to resolve the Hack Detected Issue for Demon Slayers, Phantom, Mechanic, Kanna and Warrior and Showa Town Issue

– The Demon Slayer, Phantom, Mechanic, Kanna and Warrior class will no longer face the Hack Detected issue.

- Players who are stuck in the Showa Town will be moved to the Showa Street 1 and Showa Town will be blocked from entry.

Please do take note of the different downtimes for the channels below.

Sequence of Channel Downtimes:
1. World A, B, C, DEI Channel 1 to 10 : 1430hrs to 1500hrs (GMT +8)
2. World J Channel 1 to 4 : 1430hrs to 1500hrs (GMT +8)
3. World FGH Channel 1 to 9 : 1430hrs to 1500hrs (GMT +8)
4. All Worlds’ remaining channels : 1500hrs to 1530hrs (GMT +8)

All channels in Ares and Artemis have resumed all services as at 1541hrs (GMT +8).
