Upgrading of Login Servers on 11th Feb 2014

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that an upgrading of the Login Servers will be carried out on 11th of Feb 2014, at 1330hrs (+8 GMT).

Game services for both Ares and Artemis Gateway will not be affected during the upgrade.

However, there might be intermittent connection issue when trying to access the gateways. If you face the issue “Trouble Logging In?”, please continue to try. We will inform immediately once the process of upgrading has been successfully complete.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The upgrading have been completed as at 1347hrs (+8 GMT).
