[Updated] Scheduled Network Maintenance on 15th November 2016

Dear Maplers,

Due to unforeseen circumstances faced by our vendor and contractors, the Network Maintenance will be postponed to 16th November 2016, 0300hrs(GMT +8).

We will immediately continue to proceed with our Game Patch after the Network Maintenance is over. A separate notice regarding the Patch Update will be posted at a later time. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Please be informed that there will be a Scheduled Network Maintenance on 15th November 2016, from 0700hrs to 1100hrs (GMT +8).


Affected services are as below:

• Game service for MapleSEA, Audition, Phantasy Star Online 2, PocketMapleStory, Super Slug, Puzzle Guardian, Dragonica, Dragon Encounter, Zone 4, Kritika, Destiny of Thrones, Special Forces 2, Special Forces 1, Yulgang Online
• Asiasoft Passport services, including @Cash purchase, topup, and refill services
• Playpark services including Playmall and Forums
• All @Key services, including Mobile @Key
• iBox and Livechat services
• IPBonus


Game service for all worlds, including the website for MapleStorySEA, will not be available during this time.
Kindly logout before the stipulated time to avoid any unnecessary disruptions or unforeseen complications.
