[Completed] Urgent Server Check on 14th November 2019

[Update as of 14th November 2019, 1504hrs (GMT +8)]

All game services have resumed as of 1504hrs (GMT +8).

An issue where clearing Practice mode bosses will cause Popo to be excited and falsely accelerate the timer for Maple Relay has been fixed.

An issue where Maple Relay's timer will prematurely start without accepting the quest has been fixed.

An issue where players could repeatedly obtain Monster Encyclopedia reward chairs has been fixed.
➢Players who have obtained multiple chair rewards will have the chairs removed and they can obtain another chair from the available quest.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all players that have raised the issues to our attention.

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that there will be an Urgent Server Check on 14th November 2019 from 1300hrs to 1600hrs (GMT +8).

This is to address several issues found in the game following the patch update of v190.

Game services for all world will not be available during the above mentioned timing. Kindly logout from the game before the stipulated timing to avoid any game disruption.
