[Completed] Urgent Server Check on 5th June 2023

[Update as of 5th June 2023, 1838hrs (GMT +8)]

The Urgent Server Check has concluded and all game services including the previously announced Aquila channels to be temporarily unavailable have resumed as of 1838hrs (GMT +8).

Maplers facing issues with Fairy Wonky Greeting Week will be able to receive all missed rewards after the server check on 7 June 2023.

Maplers who lost Mesos from Ursus when there was an issue with obtaining rewards from 31st May to 1st June will receive their rewards after the server check on 7 June 2023.

Additionally, a compensation plan has been prepared for all Maplers regarding the server issues faced over the past week. Please refer below for full details.
