[Completed] Patch & Cash Shop Update on 16th September 2015

Update as at 1404hrs(GMT +8)

Please be informed that both Ares and Artemis have resumed all services as at 1404hrs(GMT +8).

Please also note the following issues / events:

1) Star Forced Leveling Event: Players who received a Von Leon weapon will receive an extra reward box that guarantees a Meister Weapon of your class except for Zero who will receive Lionheart Lucky Item Scroll.

2) An expiration issue with the Granny Snack Stall which was given out for the Black Heaven Spend And Be Rewarded Promotion has been fixed, and the item now works as intended.

3) The 10th Anniversary Zodiac Pets issue which was reported recently, has also been resolved. Affected players will be able to find their expired pets in doll form in their Cash Shop’s Inventory window. These pets will have a 90-day duration upon revival with Water of Life.

4) Please be informed that due to technical difficulties, the redemption codes obtained from the Black Heaven Patch Event V2 will not be redeemable until a later time. We need some time to resolve the issue and will be updating everyone when the codes can be redeemed.
