[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 4th December 2019

All game services have resumed as of 1206hrs (GMT +8).
Please do take note of the following:
The Crow Hat obtainable from the Animal Park Random Box cannot be listed in the Auction House.
As mentioned below in the earlier notice, an error where the Arcaneshade Fan obtained from the Arcaneshade Weapon Box as part of the final rewards of Maple Relay event was tradeable has been fixed.
Affected users who currently have the Arcaneshade Fan in their inventory will have the item changed to the untradeable version.
Users who have placed the Arcaneshade Fan in the Auction House or Storage will have the items deleted and users may obtain another box reward from the Maple Relay event.

Please be informed that there will be an upcoming Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 4th December 2019, from 0900hrs to 1300hrs (GMT +8).
Game services for all worlds will not be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly log out before this period of time to avoid any unforeseen complications.
In the meantime, please take note of the following:
We are currently aware of an issue where the Arcaneshade Fan obtained from the Arcaneshade Weapon Box as part of the final rewards of Maple Relay event is currently a tradeable item. As per event notice, the Arcaneshade Weapon acquired from boxes are not intended to be tradeable/transferable and as such cannot be moved to the storage.
This will be fixed during the server check on 4th December 2019, where all Arcaneshade Fans obtained from the Maple Relay event will become untradeable.
If you currently own the Arcaneshade Fan from Maple Relay, the item will become untradeable. However, if the Arcaneshade Fan is located in the Account Storage or Auction House, the item will be deleted. If the Arcaneshade Fan that you have claimed has been deleted, the quest to obtain the box will be available again to obtain another box to obtain a new reward item.
Affected players who currently own the tradeable version of the Maple Relay Arcaneshade Fan are advised to place their Arcaneshade Fans in their respective character (Kanna) inventory, to prevent any possible complications from arising. Any related items in storage or Auction House that have been deleted will not be restored, and no request for any form of item transfer of the Arcaneshade Fan will be entertained.
