[Completed] Server Check and Cash Shop Update on 2nd June 2021

[Update as of 2nd June 2021, 1315hrs (GMT +8)]

All game services have resumed as of 1300hrs (GMT +8).

Fixed Issues
• The issue where certain accounts could not purchase Character Slot Expansion normally has been fixed.
• The issue where some players were unable to obtain NEO Core after defeating weekly bosses has been fixed.
• The reported untranslated text string issue encountered during 3rd Job Advancement for Mechanic has been fixed.

Known Issues
• Some users have not had their old Permanent Safety Charms removed, this will be rectified at the next scheduled server check.
• The issue where Genesis Weapon quest couldn’t be progressed due to existing saddle items will be checked and fixed at the next content patch update V206.
