Ongoing Issue

An issue where Mo Xuan Countdown rewards cannot be claimed has been fixed as of 1525hrs. However, some existing users may still face issues and unable to claim the reward items, and we plan to resolve them by the next maintenance within this week. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Maximum character slot was not increased from 56 to 57. This will be fixed by the next maintenance.
Fixed Issues
29th January 2026 (Minor Patch V248.2)
Fixed an issue where Mo Xuan Countdown - Xuanshan Gifts cannot be claimed (inclusive of existing users as of yesterday's notice).
Fixed an issue where the maximum Character Slot did not increase by 1 with the release of New Job: Mo Xuan. Maximum character slot now is 57. (Please note that Character Slot Expansion is FREE in the Cash Shop)
Fixed an issue where the Story Quest Skip UI could not be closed when selecting Normal Play after creating Mo Xuan.
Fixed an issue where Mo Xuan could not learn the skill Roll of the Dice in 5th Job Advancement.
Fixed an issue where Power of Destiny could not be registered in the Skill Sequence UI.
Fixed an issue where Kanna, Hayato and Mo Xuan cannot participate 5th Job Advancement Super Tutorial Missions.
Fixed an issue where NPC Lan Yi was covered by the town portal.
Fixed an issue where My Home furniture slots could not be expanded using [My Home] Furniture Slot Coupon.
28th January 2026 (After Patch)
An issue where Absolabs & Arcaneshade Weapon Box could not be exchanged for Hand Cloth (Mo Xuan Weapon) has been resolved. (as of 1500hrs)
Fixed an issue where Tera Burning characters could not be assigned in Challengers World.
