An error where some users were unable to trigger the dialogue with NPC Lipe for Memory Puzzle related storyline. Affected Maplers may try again after re-logging in to the game.

An error where some users received lesser Memory Tokens from the Maple Momentree - Eliminate Moles Compensation Plan has been fixed. Affected users may receive the shortfall of the compensation rewards again, through NPC Maple Administrator from 24th May 2023 (After Maintenance), until 30th May 2023, 2359hrs (GMT +8).

An error where Fairy Bros' Golden Carriage timer still continues after completing all stamps has been fixed.

We are aware of an issue where Week 5 of Eliminate Moles has ended prematurely and Week 6 has already started as of the time of this message. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we are currently preparing an appropriate compensation for affected Maplers. In the meantime, Maplers may proceed with Eliminate Moles normally.
We are aware that Eliminate Moles Event records from Momentree event has been reset pre-maturely. We are investigating the issue and we advise all Maplers to refrain from using the content until further update is available. Thank you..

Affected users regarding the Mithra's Selectable Symbol Box can receive the reward again, via the Reward Box icon , located on the left side of the screen. Users are advised to claim the rewards before 30th May 2023, 2359hrs (GMT +8).

The previous issue regarding the Mithra's Selectable Symbol Box can still happen to users who were logged in since before the Urgent Channel Check. Maplers are advised to restart the game before collecting the reward from Mithra's Selectable Symbol Box. As an update, users affected by this issue will receive the item tomorrow after related checks are completed.
The Channel Check that has concluded as of 1300hrs should alleviate lag issues reported over the past week. Maplers still experiencing such issues are advised to restart the game client. Should the lag issue persist, please report it to iBox by clicking here with details on your gameplay experience, including your technical specifications and what actions were done during the lag.
An issue where Mithra's Selectable Symbol Box obtained from Lith and Elli's Growth Diary would prematurely disappear upon usage has been fixed. A further update will be provided for Maplers affected by the issue.
