Winners will be informed of the prize collection details via their Q-Box within 7 working days of the result announcement date.

Singaporean winners are required to bring along any official document bearing their National ID number and name (NRIC, Student Pass, or Driver's License) in order to collect their prize at our Customer Service Counter.

Non-Singaporean winners are required to perform identity verification by sending any official document bearing their National ID number and name to verification@asiasoftsea.net. Prizes will be sent via mail to their registered AsiaSoft Passport address after verification.

All winners are to collect their prizes within 21 days from the day of notification sent, or AsiaSoft reserves the right to revoke the prize.
