We would like to thank everyone for participating in the MapleSEA “Black Magician Fan Art” Forum Contest held from the 10th July to 14th August 2009.

Winners will be informed of the prize collection details via their registered email address within 7 working days of the result announcement date.

Singaporean winners are required to bring along any official document bearing their National ID number and name (NRIC, Student Pass, or Driver’s License) in order to collect their prize at our Customer Service Counter.

Non-Singaporean winners are required to perform identity verification by sending any official document bearing their National ID number and name to verification@asiasoftsea.net. Prizes will be sent via mail to their registered Asiasoft Passport address after verification. All winners are to collect their prizes within the allocated redemption period stated in the notification email, or Asiasoft reserves the right to revoke the prize.
