Server-wide Reimbursements for Recent Service Downtimes

Dear Maplers,

First and foremost, we wish to apologize for the multiple extended service downtimes that occurred during late June and early July 2015. We understand that most, if not everyone, were frustrated and disappointed for not being able to play your favorite game on the affected days. Without further ado, we would like to announce the reimbursement plan that will be carried out at the next server check.

Listed below are the details :


Extended Urgent Server Check on 24th June 2015

Start time : 4.00PM
Scheduled end time : 6.00PM
Service live time : 3.09AM on 25th June (total 11 hours downtime)

Reimbursement :

• Cash Item Expiry Duration Extension – (done on 25th June 2015)
• Scheduled 2X EXP/Drop Event – (please refer to July Server Timed-Events schedule)
• 1-Day Special Coupon x 1 (duration: 1 day, claimable from Reward Box, redemption period: 1 week)
• Twin Coupon x 1 (duration: 1 day, claimable from Reward Box, redemption period: 1 week)


For this date, we prepared special additional compensation due to ongoing events in the game which players may have missed out due to the extended check, and also taking into consideration the numerous player-feedback that were given to us :

• 1 day NPC Shop Jeweler Abdullah: 1 Day, claimable from Reward Box, redemption period: 1 week
• 1x White Bear Fishing Assistant (1 Day), claimable from Reward Box, redemption period: 1 week
• Auto-crediting of Star Planet Attendance last day’s reward (Unique Potential Scroll 50%) strictly only to players who fulfill this criteria: Completed 13 days of the attendance, but did not complete the 14th/Final day.
• 100 × 10th Anniversary Coins, claimable from Reward Box, redemption period: 1 week

Server live time : 6.07pm (total 5 hours of downtime)

Extended Scheduled Server Maintenance (Overall Asiasoft/Playpark Maintenance) on 6th July 2015

Start time : 12.00am
Scheduled end time : 2.00pm
Server live time : 9.03pm (total 21 hours of downtime)

Reimbursement :

• Cash Item Expiry Duration Extension (done on 6th July 2015)
• Scheduled 2X EXP + Drop Event (please refer to July Server Timed-Events schedule)
• 1-Day Special Coupon x 1 (duration: 1 day, claimable from Reward Box, redemption period: 1 week)

Also, please be informed that we have scheduled the replacement for the Fever Time that was not activated on 27th and 28th June 2015; the new slots will be on 17th July and 24th July 2015, as indicated in the calendar above.
