[Venue Change] ECP BBQ event (Singapore)

Dear SG Maplers,

Alas! Weather is not in our favour and we would not like a BBQ event to turn into a steamboat fiasco. Based on NEA’s forecast, it is expected that heavy downpour will happen. As such, we have taken the drastic but necessary move to shift the location of the event. Please read on to find out full details.

Updated Event Details
1) BBQ has been changed to regular F&B
2) Tug-O-War challenge is cancelled
3) Captain’s Ball challenge is cancelled
4) Kite Flying has been cancelled
5) Timing of event has been changed to end at 8pm instead of 9pm

Instructions
For those of you who have purchased the ticket to our event this Sunday, 17th July 2016. Kindly be reminded to bring along your e-Ticket or the Print-out version of the ticket. Do note that this is a closed door event. Without the ticket, you won’t be able to participate in the event, activities nor redeem your goodie bag.

Activities’ Pre-Reg
Due to the change in location, Pre-Reg for Poster Design Contest will remain open and available on-site. New activities’ Pre-Reg will be available on-site too. However, do note that slots are based on a first come first serve basis.

Cancelling of RSVP
For those who have decided due to the change in venue that they wish to cancel their RSVP, please leave us a SMS or WhatsApp @ Mobile 84161918 by 15th July 2359hrs. You will need to include your Full Name as per indicated for the ticket purchase. Details on how to collect the refund will be informed after the event ends.
