Chartered Bus to Leave the Venue
For Maplers convenience, chartered bus transportation has been arranged at the end of the live showcase after 9:30 P.M.
The bus will serve the following drop-off points: Kranji, Bukit Panjang, Serangoon, Dhoby Ghaut and Bugis (Updated: 1950hrs).
Important Note:
The schedule above is accurate at the time of writing. However, due to the dynamic nature of the event, there may be minor timing adjustments depending on the live situation.
While light refreshments will be available for all attendees, please note that a full meal will not be served.

We are bringing the WILD to you straight from Mandai Wildlife, with an exclusive Animal Interaction session. From 5:40 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., get up close with the park’s amazing inhabitants for a rare and memorable encounter. Be sure to arrive on time for this limited window.

Question: Can I attend the event without purchasing a ticket?
Answer: Entry to the event requires a ticket purchase. Tickets are available exclusively via Eventbrite here.
Questions: Is there complimentary parking?
Answer: Parking validation coupons are limited and only provided on a first come first serve basis at registration. Ask the staff at our registration booth if you require a parking validation coupon.
Question: I have purchased an event ticket but cannot make it to the event. Can I ask someone to attend the event on my behalf?
Answer: Yes, you may have someone else attend the event using your ticket at your discretion. However, we strongly encourage you to join us yourself for the full experience! Please note that the Event Organizers are not responsible for any lost or misplaced tickets in such cases.
Question: Can physical merchandise or prizes be exchanged for in-game items (or vice versa)?
Answer: No, all rewards (physical or in-game) are strictly non-exchangeable.
Question: Will food and drinks be available?
Answer: Yes, light refreshments will be available at the event venue until 6:30 P.M. For more extensive food and dining options within the park, please refer to the official Mandai Wildlife Reserve website.
Question: Is the venue pet-friendly?
Answer: Pets are not allowed at the venue for safety and hygiene reasons. Unless you have a pet rock, please leave your pets at home.

By attending the MapleStorySEA CROWN Live Showcase event, attendees acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event-related purposes, including, but not limited to, photography and videography. This may involve capturing images for promotional and archival purposes. If you have any concerns about the use of your personal data, please contact our event organizer.
RSVP Verification
Please present your valid Eventbrite E-Ticket for verification at the registration booth. Event staff reserves the right to reject invalid or duplicated tickets.
Behavior and Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Lost or Stolen Items
The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.
Health and Safety
Attendees are encouraged to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by event staff. If you feel unwell during the event, please seek assistance immediately from our event staff.
