Question: Who is eligible to participate in this workshop?
Answer: This workshop is open to MapleStorySEA players who have created the Mo Xuan character. Participants must provide a valid Maple ID / IGN during registration.

Question: Are slots guaranteed once I submit the form?
Answer: No. Slots are limited on a first-come, first-served basis and only selected participants will receive a confirmation email.

Question: Is there any fee to join the workshop?
Answer: No. The Scent of Jianghu workshop is free of charge for all selected participants.

Question: What will I be doing during the workshop?
Answer: Participants will take part in a guided herbal sachet-making session and crafting their own aromatic sachet to bring home.

Question: Do I need to bring anything?
Answer: No materials are required. All workshop materials will be provided on-site.

Question: Will food or refreshments be provided?
Answer: Yes. Flower tea and light bites will be provided during the workshop.

Question: Can I transfer my slot to someone else?
Answer: No. Slots are non-transferable. Participants must attend under the registered Maple ID / IGN.

Question: Can I bring a plus one to the event?
Answer: No. Each confirmed slot is strictly limited to the registered participant only. However, a plus one is only permitted if they are also a MapleStorySEA player who has created a Mo Xuan character and has successfully registered separately for the event.

Question: What happens if I'm selected but cannot attend?
Answer: Please inform the MapleSEA team as soon as possible so the slot may be offered to another participant.

Question: Will photos or videos be taken during the event?
Answer: Yes. Photos and videos may be taken for MapleStorySEA marketing and community content purposes by participating in the event.

Question: Who can I contact if I have questions about the event?
Answer: For enquiries, please reach out via MapleStorySEA's official social media channels or follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email.

1. This event is open to all MapleStorySEA players who have created the Mo Xuan character.
2. Each MSpassport account can only be entered once for this event.
3. Registration will be open until 1 Feb 2026, 2359hrs (GMT +8). Participants should only register if they are available and able to attend the workshop, as confirmation of participation will be required.
4. PlayPark Pte Ltd and Nexon Corporation may disqualify and delete any entries deemed inappropriate and/or not eligible without notice.
5. PlayPark Pte Ltd and Nexon Korea Corporation reserve the right to disqualify and take action against any player that violates our abuse policy.
6. PlayPark Pte Ltd and Nexon Corporation reserve the right to edit or change any of the above without prior notice.
7. All decisions by PlayPark Pte Ltd and Nexon Corporation are final & binding.
