Due to production matter, the Orange Mushroom Figurine from Fun-mily Mascot Blind Box is unavailable.

Blind Boxes are given at random and cannot be exchanged.

Important Note:

Each activities can be completed once to receive the respective amount of Lucky Draw Ticket.

1. This lucky draw is open only to registered attendees of the MapleSEA Slumber OdysSEA in Singapore on 20th December 2025.
2. Each participant must RSVP and check in at the event entrance to be eligible. Walk-ins are not allowed.
3. Lucky draw tickets will be issued sequentially and may be earned through designated event activities (e.g. registration, event activities booth). The maximum number of tickets per participant will be determined by event staff.
4. Each ticket consists of two parts: one half must be dropped into the lucky draw box, while the other half must be retained by the participant as proof of entry. Participants are responsible for keeping their stubs safe. Lost, damaged, or missing stubs will not be replaced and prizes cannot be claimed without the matching stub.
5. All tickets must be submitted before the closing time announced by the event emcee. Late entries will not be accepted.
6. Winners will be drawn live on stage during the event. Participants must be physically present and present their matching stub to claim their prize. If a drawn participant cannot produce the stub or is not present, a new winner will be drawn.
7. Each participant may only win one (1) prize regardless of the number of tickets submitted.
8. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted. PlayPark Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace prizes with items of similar or greater value at its discretion.
9. PlayPark Pte Ltd and Nexon Korea Corporation reserve the right to disqualify any incomplete, ineligible, duplicated, or tampered entries without prior notice.
10. PlayPark Pte Ltd and Nexon Korea Corporation shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during participation in the lucky draw or from the use of prizes.
11. By participating, attendees consent to PlayPark Pte Ltd and Nexon Korea Corporation using their names, likeness, and photos/videos for publicity or promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. If prize delivery is required, all related delivery fees will be borne by the winner.
13. All decisions made by PlayPark Pte Ltd and Nexon Korea Corporation regarding this lucky draw are final and binding.

Question: Can I attend the event without purchasing a ticket?
Answer: Entry to the event requires a ticket purchase. Tickets are available exclusively via Eventbrite here.

Question: I have purchased an event ticket but cannot make it to the event. Can I ask someone to attend the event on my behalf?
Answer: Yes, you may have someone else attend the event using your ticket at your discretion. However, we strongly encourage you to join us yourself for the full experience! Please note that the Event Organizers are not responsible for any lost or misplaced tickets in such cases.

Question: Will there be merchandise on sale at the event?
Answer: Yes! Both exclusive Slumber OdysSEA merchandise and other fan favourite merchandise will be available at the event. You may make your purchases at the Merchandise Booth.

Question: What payment methods are accepted?
Answer: This is a cashless-only event. SG QR payment methods will be accepted.

Question: Can physical merchandise or prizes be exchanged for in-game items (or vice versa)?
Answer: No, all rewards (physical or in-game) are strictly non-exchangeable.

Question: Is there an expiry for the in-game item codes?
Answer: All codes related to the Slumber OdysSEA event can be redeemed until 31st January 2026, 2359hrs. Please redeem all codes as soon as possible. If you encounter any faulty codes, contact iBox within two weeks of item distribution for prompt support and assistance.

Question: I have won physical merchandise through the Lucky Draw session. Can I exchange it for in-game rewards or other merchandise?
Answer: All rewards from the event are non-exchangeable. In case of discrepancies, the event staff's decision will take precedence.

Question: What if I won the Lucky Draw but was not at the event during the draw time to receive my prize? Will it be forfeited?
Answer: You must be present during the Lucky Draw segment at 9:00 P.M. to participate in the White Elephant Lucky Draw for the Slumber OdysSEA event!

Question: Do I need to wear a costume to attend?
Answer: Dressing up is not compulsory, but you’re more than welcome to dress up and join the slumber!

Question: Are there rules for costumes at the event?
Answer: Yes. Costumes should remain appropriate for a community event. Please avoid anything overly suggestive, violent, or offensive. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to unsuitable costumes.

Question: Will food and drinks be available?
Answer: Yes, Halal food and beverages will be available at the event venue and alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Question: Is the venue pet-friendly?
Answer: Pets are not allowed at the venue for safety and hygiene reasons. Unless you have a pet rock, please leave your pets at home.

Parking

Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the event premises.

Refund and Returns Policy
All ticket and merchandise sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued for purchased tickets or merchandise. In the unlikely event of an oversold ticket purchase, a refund will be processed to the card used for payment.

Merchandise Purchases
Merchandise at the event will be available for cashless-only purchases.

PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) Acknowledgment
By attending the MapleStorySEA Slumber OdysSEA event, attendees acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event-related purposes, including, but not limited to, photography and videography. This may involve capturing images for promotional and archival purposes. If you have any concerns about the use of your personal data, please contact our event organizer.

RSVP Verification
Please present your valid Eventbrite E-Ticket for verification at the registration booth. Event staff reserves the right to reject invalid or duplicated tickets.

Costume Guidelines
Costumes must remain appropriate for a community event. Please avoid anything overly suggestive, violent, or offensive. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry for unsuitable costumes.

Behavior and Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Lost or Stolen Items
The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.

Health and Safety
Attendees are encouraged to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by event staff. If you feel unwell during the event, please seek assistance immediately from our event staff.

Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees in a timely manner.
