    »FAQs

    Q: What is the iGacha?
    A: iGacha is a web based system which contains a totally different set of items and rates from the in-game Gachapon System.

    Q: How to login to iGacha page?
    A: Previously, you would need a Maple iGacha account to login, but now you only need to login your MapleStorySEA Passport account to be able to use the iGacha feature.

    Q: What are Diamonds?
    A: Diamonds are currency required to play the i-Gacha. You will need to purchase Diamonds before you can proceed to play i-Gacha.

    Q: What will happen to my previous M-Coin balance?
    A: If you have any balance, it will be converted to Diamonds and can be used at the new iGacha when there is an active event.

    Q: How do I purchase Diamonds?
    A: After converting your @Cash into Maple Cash, you may convert Maple Cash to Diamonds directly via your MapleStorySEA Passport dashboard conversion UI.

    Q: The i-Gacha machine is out of stock but I still have Diamonds!
    A: Please take note that there are no refunds made for unused Diamonds, nor can they be reverted back to Maple Game Cash. However, the Diamonds can be kept for use in future i-Gacha events. Diamonds do not have any expiry date. With that in mind, please make your conversions wisely.

    Q: Where can I get my item code?
    A: You will be able to view your 30-digit item code in the Storage section of i-Gacha website. You are advised to utilize them before the expiry date which will be listed on the event page.

    Q: How do I redeem my item code(s)?
    A: You can redeem your codes via the Cash Shop in-game. Click the image button at the top right corner of the screen and enter your code in the empty fields before clicking on 'OK'.
