🎫 How to Stand a Chance to Get Tickets

Step 1: Make sure you have at least one Level 280 or above character.

Step 2: Submit your entry through the Google Form during the raffle period.

Step 3: Tell us why you want to watch “Dear My Hero” and provide your details for verification.

Step 4: Selected winners will receive a unique Eventbrite e-ticket / QR code via email or WhatsApp.

Entries will be verified using your IGN, Maple ID, World, mobile number, email and real name.

🚨 Before You Enter

One submission per Maple Passport.
Maximum 2 tickets per winner, including +1.
Tickets are non-transferable.
Invalid or duplicate entries will be forfeited.
Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the screening.
Selected winners who do not attend may receive lower priority for future offline events.
PlayPark reserves the right to amend the event terms and conditions.

Question: How will I know if I have been selected for the screening?
Answer: Selected winners will be contacted via the email address or mobile number provided during submission. A unique Eventbrite QR code will be issued to confirmed attendees.

Question: Does my +1 need to have a Level 280 or above character?
Answer: No. The Level 280 or above requirement only applies to the participant submitting the raffle entry.

Question: What do I need to present during registration?
Answer: Please present your valid Eventbrite E-Ticket / QR code at the registration counter for verification. Event staff reserves the right to reject invalid or unverifiable tickets.

Question: Can I choose my seat for the screening?
Answer: No. Seats will be assigned randomly on the event day and are subject to the Event Organizers' arrangement.

Event Guidelines

Ticket Verification:
Please present your valid Eventbrite E-Ticket / QR code for verification during registration. Event staff reserves the right to reject invalid, duplicated or unverifiable tickets.

Seating Arrangement:
Seats will be assigned randomly on the event day. Attendees are required to follow the seating arrangements provided by the Event Organizers and cinema staff.

Photography & Video Recording:
Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the “Dear My Hero” screening. Any attendee caught taking photos or recording during the screening will be removed from the screening immediately.

Mobile Devices:
Please switch your mobile devices to silent mode and refrain from using them during the screening. Attendees must follow any instructions provided by event staff regarding the use of mobile devices.

PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) Acknowledgment:
By attending the “Dear My Hero” Private Screening, attendees acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event-related purposes, including photography and videography conducted by the Event Organizers for promotional and archival purposes.

Behavior and Conduct:
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Any disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.

Cinema Rules:
All attendees are required to comply with the respective cinema's rules and regulations throughout the event.

Lost or Stolen Items:
The Event Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.

Health and Safety:
Attendees are encouraged to follow all health and safety instructions provided by event staff and cinema personnel. If you feel unwell during the event, please seek assistance from an event staff member.

Event Changes:
The Event Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule or arrangements if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees accordingly.
