All in-game items distributed in Victoria Voyage: Sailing Beyond will be in the form of a 30-digit coupon code that can be redeemed within the Cash Shop with a valid MapleStorySEA account.

Important Note:

RSVP Pack sales will end while stocks last via Eventbrite. RSVP Pack Collection is available until 8:30 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 7:00 PM on Sunday.

Mission Card Rewards can be redeemed until 9:00 PM daily.

Carnival Ticket Sales start at 1:00 PM on Friday, and 10:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday, and end at 8:30 PM daily. Rewards can be redeemed until 9:00 PM daily.

Sales will be available from 1:00 PM on Friday, and 10:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday, ending at 9:00 PM daily.

To ensure all attendees fully enjoy the event, your IGN and World will be recorded during RSVP. Certain prizes will only be distributed to IGNs collected during the RSVP, and certain on-site rewards will be available only to those who have RSVP’ed.

We offer two types of RSVP packages: Basic (SGD20) and Premium (SGD60). Quantities are limited, so don’t miss out!

Complete missions around Victoria Voyage and earn luxurious prizes! There are 2 types of Mission Cards available: Free and RSVP.
The Free Mission Cards are available to anyone who walks in and creates or logs into their MSPassport account. Complete each mission for its corresponding reward!

Free Mission Cards are available while stocks last. Limited to one per person for the entire event.

The RSVP Mission Card is only available to event goers who have purchased an RSVP package either on EventBrite or in person at the event. In addition to specific missions providing their corresponding rewards, there will also be daily cumulative rewards, and completing all 3 days will entitle you to a bonus reward!

Put your skill and luck to the test with our exciting Carnival Games booths! Every game will net you tickets that you can spend on pulls at the Gachapon for either in-game items or physical merchandise! If you snag an RSVP package, you’ll receive 5 play coupons with the Basic RSVP package, or 15 with the Premium RSVP package!

If you’ve run out of coupons and want to play more games, you can always purchase 5 more from the Reception Booth for RM 50!

The carnival games aren’t our only offering! Stick around for the stage games (look at the schedule above!) for a chance to win even more exclusive prizes!

Stand a chance to win big with our lucky draws! (That’s right, plural!) There’ll be mini-lucky draws on Friday and Saturday, and our Grand Lucky Draw with the most luxurious prizes will be on Sunday!

You’ll need to purchase an RSVP package to enter; Basic package holders will receive 1 Maple Leaf, corresponding to 1 entry in the lucky draw, while Premium package holders will receive 3, allowing them to pick from 1 entry in each lucky draw, or going all in on one of them, or any combination in between!

Question: Can I attend the event without purchasing a ticket?
Answer: Yes! The event is free to attend. Feel free to join us for a trip down memory lane. However, Maplers who RSVP will enjoy a more complete experience.

Question: Why is there no option to purchase the RSVP Package in MYR?
Answer: Our tickets can only be purchased in SGD via Eventbrite. This payment method will automatically convert the charge to the currency of your debit or credit card.

Question: Can I purchase multiple Basic RSVP or Premium RSVP?
Answer: You are allowed to purchase up to two (2) of each RSVP Pack. The system is actively monitored to prevent abuse.

Question: I have purchased the RSVP Packs but cannot make it to the event. Can I ask someone to redeem it on my behalf?
Answer: You may allow someone else to redeem it on your behalf at your discretion. However, we encourage you to redeem your RSVP pack and enjoy the event yourself for the best experience. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any lost tickets in such cases.

Question: I have received an item from the Stage Events. Can I exchange it for in-game rewards?
Answer: All rewards from the event are non-exchangeable.

Question: Is there an expiry for the in-game item codes?
Answer: All codes related to the Victoria Voyage: Sailing Beyond event can be redeemed until 30th September, 2025, 2359hrs (GMT +8). Please redeem all codes as soon as possible. If you encounter any faulty codes, contact iBox within two weeks of item distribution for prompt support and assistance.

Question: How many Victoria Voyage Lucky Draw chances can I get if I purchased one RSVP pack?
Answer: You can receive 1 chance per Basic RSVP Package and 3 per Premium RSVP Package.

Question: I have won physical merchandise through stage activities. Can I exchange it for in-game rewards or other merchandise?
Answer: All rewards from the event are non-exchangeable. In case of discrepancies, the event staff's decision will take precedence.

Question: What if I won the Lucky Draw but was not at the event during the draw time to receive my prize? Will it be forfeited?
Answer: For the one-of-a-kind physical prizes, you must be present during the Lucky Draw segment at 8:00 PM to receive it. For other prizes, you will be contacted via the registered email address linked to the IGN on your Lucky Draw slip. Ensure you remain contactable via your registered email address. If we are unable to contact you after 30 calendar days, we reserve the right to forfeit your prize and re-draw a winner.

Question: Is the venue pet-friendly?
Answer: Pets are not allowed at the venue for safety and hygiene reasons. Unless you have a pet rock, please leave your pets at home.

Parking:
Parking Coupons will NOT be provided for the event. Guests are responsible for their own parking fees. For more information, you can check the Sunway Pyramid parking details here.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the event premises.

Refund and Returns Policy:
No refunds nor returns will be issued for RSVP Packages and Play Coupons. However, in the unlikely event that an RSVP Package is oversold, a refund will be processed to the card used for payment.

PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) Acknowledgment:
By participating in the Victoria Voyage: Sailing Beyond Event, attendees acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event-related purposes, including, but not limited to, photography and videography. This may involve capturing images for promotional and archival purposes. If you have any concerns about the use of your personal data, please contact our event organizer.

RSVP Verification:
Please bring your RSVP E-Ticket for verification to receive your RSVP Pack. Event staff reserves the right to reject invalid tickets.

Behavior and Conduct:
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Lost or Stolen Items:
The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure.

Health and Safety:
Attendees are encouraged to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by event staff. If you feel unwell during the event, please seek assistance immediately from our event staff.

Event Changes:
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees in a timely manner.
