HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll Distribution from v249 Update

Dear Maplers,
As we have announced on the v249 Patch Notes, the HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll will be distributed accordingly from this update.
We would like to guide regarding its distribution method.



All Job characters (except Akatsuki, Wild Hunter and Kinesis) can receive a HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll via the Maple Administrator ONCE.
Claim Period: From 11th March 2026 (After v249 Update) until 2nd June 2026, 2359hrs
However, some Jobs can only receive the scroll after a specific date.
 ➢Kanna/Hayato (Akatsuki): After 22nd April 2026 (After v250 Update), until 2nd June 2026, 2359hrs
 ➢Wild Hunter/Kinesis: To be announced

How to claim your HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll:
 1. Talk to Maple Administrator located in any town.


 2. Select "Talk to a Maple Admin.".


 3. Select "Issue Hexa Matrix Reset Scroll." and click Yes.



How to use HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll:
(Make sure you have at least 1 USE tab slot and 2 ETC tab slot.)
 1. Double-click on the HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll.


 2. Click Yes. (Total Quantity of Sol Erda and Sol Erda Fragment will be displayed.)


 3. Type in "HEXA Matrix/Reset" and click OK.



Note:

HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll obtained is Untradeable and expires at 3rd June 2026, 0200hrs.

HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll can be obtained for all characters in the same MapleID that has invested Sol Erda and Sol Erda Fragments in their Skill Core, Mastery Core and Enhancement Core.

6th Job Origin Skill will be back to level 1 after using the HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll.

Common Core will not be affected when using the HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll.

Sol Erda obtained from HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll is Untradeable and expires after 14 Days.

Sol Erda Fragment obtained from HEXA Matrix Reset Scroll is Untradeable and Permanent.
