Regarding Server Lag and Instability Issues (v223)

Dear Maplers,

Thank you for your kind patience and continued support for MapleStorySEA.

We are aware of the current state of the game whereby lag spikes and instability is frequently observed, and that several game issues have also arisen because of it. All related teams have been and are still investigating and looking into the issue around the clock, and we'd like to take this opportunity to reassure all Maplers that we take this issue very seriously.

Despite our efforts over the past few days in mitigating the issue, we unfortunately require additional time to fully resolve it. We seek your patience in this time and we are extremely disappointed that all our beloved Maplers are facing this. We are also in the midst of preparing an appropriate form of compensation for the troubles caused.
