Top up, Convert & Purchase Issues on 28th Sept 2014



Dear Maplers,

We are aware of the Top-up, Cash Conversion and Cash Shop Purchase issues that happened from 28th September 2014, 1130hrs (GMT+8).

Please be informed that this issue has been resolved since 29th September 2014, 1030hrs (GMT+8).

• For players who are affected by the Top-up and/or Cash Conversion, you are required to submit an iBox ticket with the following details:

1) AP Login ID:
2) Serial Number:
3) Amount Topped Up:
4) Date and Time of Top Up/Conversion:


• For players who have made any cash shop purchases and did not receive the cash item, please submit an iBox ticket with the following details:

1) Maple ID & IGN:
2) Date and Time of Purchase:
3) Item Purchased:
4) Amount of Maple Cash deducted:
