Announcement Regarding Maple World Record Event Rewards

Dear Maplers,

We've received feedback with regards to players who have won multiple categories for the Maple World Records event held during the month of January.

Please take note that after checking with the developers, we would like to inform everyone that players who have only received 1 set of rewards are as intended. As there are multiple categories that award users with similar rewards, the developers have concluded to give out rewards up to a maximum of 1 set per Maple ID.

Meanwhile, we'd also like to raise awareness with regards to players who have been disqualified due to having a banned history. We'd like to assure everyone that while its warranted by developers, we have also gone through preliminary checks to ensure that certain suspensions executed such as system autobans and lie detectors have been taken out of the disqualification criteria.

As a final note, we do regret however that the system event did not record counts for the 2nd and 3rd position of each category, thus any spare rewards have been forfeited away.

We would like to apologize for any shortcomings on our end for this event, as well thank everyone for their kind understanding and support. We hope that our players will continue to look forward to more events in the future.
