Issue with Buyback Option

Dear Maplers,

We have received reports regarding the buyback option on some items and NPC merchants to be not working as intended.

We would like to inform you that the following items are not available for re-purchase when vendored to the NPC merchant, whether intentionally or not:

Chaos Horntail Necklace

Chaos Zakum Helmet

Please take great caution when vendoring items, especially for the mentioned items as they cannot be retrieved in any way once vendored to the NPC merchant.

Meanwhile, please take note that the “Re-purchase” option is currently not working as intended for the following NPC:

Malaya – Shadow Shop NPC

If you have accidentally vendored your item(s) to NPC Mayala, you may wish to re-purchase your item(s) from another NPC merchant instead. However do take note that if your character logs out or is disconnected before the item(s) are retrieved, it will no longer be available for re-purchase on your next login.
