Hey there, Maplers!

We owe you a big apology. Our iGacha relaunch turned into an unexpected stress test due to unforeseen load and timeout issues, and we're truly sorry for the frustration it caused. Instead of reaching out for colorful gachapon balls, you found yourselves facing more error messages than reward wins. We know it wasn't the adventure you signed up for, and for that, we sincerely apologize.

To make it up to you, we'd like to offer each of you a little something sparkly—an iGacha Diamond as a token of our appreciation for your patience and understanding during this unexpected turn of events. We can't promise amazing treasure troves, but we hope this brightens your day just a bit.

Thank you for being part of our community and for sticking with us through thick and thin. We're working hard to ensure smoother adventures in the future, so stay tuned for more epic quests ahead!

Note:

Only players who attempted at least 1 Diamond conversion on 26th April 2024 will be credited with 1 additional Diamond.

Players with missing Diamond conversions will be reimbursed with equivalent value of ACash, and you may reconvert this to Maple Cash.

New Diamond balance will be displayed accordingly when the iGacha is reopened again.

Reimbursement of ACash ePINs will be processed within 3 business days. Please check your email for the information.

iGacha event will remain suspended until all issues are fixed.
