Follow-Up Action on Abuse/Exploit of NPC Fredrick

Dear Maplers,

As of today's server check, we have wiped almost 2,000,000 items involved in the exploit that happened about a month ago. Post-wipe, item quantities and ownerships are reverted to that of 5th April 2016. The full list of affected items can be found in Appendix A.

All remaining accounts suspended or tradeblocked due to this issue are released. We will continue to investigate reports submitted to us regarding equipment suspected to have been upgraded with duped items. We’d like to thank you for your patience and understanding as we address the aftereffects of the issue with NPC Fredrick.

Looking forward, we want to hear from you about MapleStorySEA. We will hold a closed door conversation in Singapore and Malaysia with selected community leaders. Asiasoft representatives will be there to take your feedback and suggestions.
