[Update]Connection issue since 29th December 2014
[Update on 30th December 2014, 1245Hrs (GMT+8)]
We have just received confirmation from our technicians that the current connection issue is due to a technical fault at our ISP’s end.
Our technicians are now working with their engineers on resolving the problem.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will keep all Maplers updated as soon as possible.
We are aware of the connection and latency issues that has been happening since 29th December 2014. Our technicians have been investigating since last night and we will keep all Maplers updated as soon as possible.
Please rest assured that we are currently working to have the issue resolved in the soonest time possible.
