    Monetary Trading

It has also come to our attention that the buying and selling of MapleStory Cash Items and Game Items is taking place in MapleSEA. Please kindly note that selling of Cash/In-Game Items for legal tender is strictly illegal as the ownership of all items and materials belong to AsiaSoft Online and Nexon.

In addition, such illegal activities are not desirable in MapleSEA as sellers and buyers will be solely responsible for their actions. There is no mechanism to ensure the exchange is fair and will be carried out entirely.

    Offences under Monetary Trading include:

  • Buying/Selling of In-Game item with/for monetary value
  • Buying/Selling of In-Game currency with/for monetary value
  • Buying/Selling of Maple Cash with/for Meso
  • Buying/Selling of Game Account(s)
  • Buying/Selling of Cash items with/for monetary value
  • Advertising of such trades in-game
  • Usage of acronyms like SGD, PPC, RM, RMT, etc which can be seen as an act of monetary trading.
  • Usage of other ambiguous acronyms or codes which are meant to create ambiguity in order to circumvent the usual acronyms.
