Carta's Blue Pearl Item Usage on Ark Characters

Dear Maplers,

It has come to our recent attention that there are a few players attempting to change the Flora ears of their Ark characters through the usage of specific Cash Shop item(s)

    

We would like to clarify the following:

  

• Ark belongs to the High Flora race, while Illium is a Verdant Flora
• The item “Carta’s Blue Pearl” will only humanize the ears of the Illium class (Verdant Flora), and not those of the Ark class (High Flora), as per stated in the item’s description displayed above
• Meanwhile, the item “Carta’s Pearl” will change the ears of both Illium class (Verdant Flora) and Ark class (High Flora) into the ears similar to the Mercedes class (Elf)


Players who may have mistakenly purchased and used this item on their Ark characters, before this announcement (posted as of 24th May 2018, 1935hrs [GMT +8]), may proceed to submit an iBox ticket and your issue will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
