[v251] - Challengers World Season 3 (Part 2)

Challengers Partners

Event Period:
3rd June 2026, (after v251 Patch) ~ 29th September 2026, 2359hrs

Available to Challenger World characters that is Level 200+, Zero character who has completed Chapter 2 for Story Quest.

You can participate by selecting the ‘Challengers Partner’ event from the event list and clicking the ‘Join’ button, or through the NPCs Frendy & Frenny in Henesys.

Partnership
• You can form a partnership by talking to the NPCs Frendy & Frenny in Henesys.
• Both players must be in Henesys to form a partnership.
• Once a partnership is formed, it can only be broken once.
• The event stops if a partner deletes their account or uses World Leap to move all characters.
• Once the partnership is signed, all characters in Challengers World can gain hunting points and join combat missions.

Hunting Point
• Partner’s hunting points can be used to gain EXP for your level.
• Defeat monsters within level range(+20/-20) to get Hunting Points.
• Each monster defeated within the level range (+20/-20) gives 1 Hunting Point to your partner.
• You can earn up to 100,000 Hunting Points per week.
• You can earn and use Hunting Points until Tuesday, 29th September 2026, 2359hrs.

Combat Mission
• Defeat bosses together with your partner in Combat Missions.
• The boss must be defeated in a 2-person party, and practice mode also counts as completion.
• Higher difficulty clears also count.
• The mission is only completed if both characters still have at least one death count remaining when the boss is defeated

Dissolve Partnership
• Players that signed up as Challengers Partners can cancel their partnership by speaking to Frendy & Frenny in Henesys.
• Partnership cancellation and re-establishment is restricted to once, within the event period to prevent abuse.
• Cancellation is only allowed 7 days after signing, with a 7-day grace period to account for unilateral cancellations.
• Partnerships can be canceled up to 2 weeks before the event ends to prevent issues caused by late re-entry or cancellation
• Cancellation is disabled once the Combat Mission begins.

Developer Notes

To make Union character growth even more explosive, the EXPlode: Trio event is here — where 1+2 characters grow together at the same time.

While your main character in Challengers World progresses to Lv. 260, all accumulated EXP gained along the way can be claimed at any time by two designated companion characters.

Once your companion characters complete their growth journey, they can immediately jump into action with support rewards such as Symbols and equipment. Enjoy an even faster and more rewarding Union growth experience with your expanding roster of characters.

• After creating a character, click 'EXPlode: Trio' in the event list and click the [Join] button to participate and check the event progress.
• Participate in the event in Challengers World and designate one character as your main character
• Both the main character and partner characters must be new characters below Level 260, created after the v251 patch.
• After a main character is designated, other characters can participate as partner characters through the Event List or NPC Cassandra.
• You may select up to 2 Partner characters.
• EXP earned by the main character until reaching Level 260 is automatically accumulated as Event EXP.
• EXP continues to be accumulated even if no partner character is designated.
• If a parnter character is designated later, they will still receive all previously accumulated EXP.
• If the main character has Burning effects applied, additional EXP required for bonus levels is also included in the accumulation.
• However, Hyper Burning MAX or Hyper Burning Booster characters cannot be set as Partners.
• Partner characters may receive EXP freely, but only while in Towns.
• Main and partner characters cannot be swapped, and restrictions apply regarding World Leap or character deletion.
• The main character can be transferred after designation; however, any EXP gained after the transfer will no longer be counted as Event EXP. A confirmation message will be displayed before proceeding with the transfer.
• If the main character is deleted, it may be replaced with another new character in Challengers World. However, the replacement character can only be designated after reaching a level and EXP percentage equal to or higher than the deleted character.
• Partner characters may continue participating in the event even after being designated and transferred to a Normal World.
• If a partner character is deleted, they will be removed from the event. A new partner character may be designated later, but any EXP previously received by the deleted character will not be refunded, and any unclaimed EXP cannot be recovered.
• When a partner character reaches Level 260, all rewards listed under the Level 260 Achievement Reward Box will be granted at once.
• Using the Level 260 Achievement Reward Box allows you to obtain all listed items simultaneously :

Secret Book of Destiny - Challengers

Available to characters Level 260+ and was created after 3rd June 2026.

Developer Notes

Sage Taeul has once again prepared an even more powerful Secret Book of Destiny for Maplers in Challengers World.

This edition of the event will be exclusive to Challengers World. Newly created characters that reach Lv. 260 will be eligible to participate in the special Challengers-exclusive Secret Book of Destiny event.

In return for being exclusive to Challengers World, all three Secret Book effects have been significantly enhanced. Complete all Secret Book missions on two characters to unlock even stronger upgraded effects across all three Secret Books.

New boss missions featuring Kai, The First Adversary, and Extreme Lotus have also been added, so take on these powerful foes and earn valuable rewards for your victories.

Please note that characters participating in the Secret Book of Destiny event will no longer be able to take part in missions or claim rewards after completing a World Leap. Be sure to claim all rewards before proceeding with a World Leap.
