[v251] - Custom Illustration System

Generate your very own Custom Illustration image based on your character's current outfit.

Double-click the Illustration Request Ticket or go to Quick Move at the top left when in town to access the Custom Illustration.

Each request cost a Illustration Request Ticket which can be obtain from event.

After a successful request, 1 to 4 Illustration will be presented to you.

Click on the Illustrations to select the desired results to be saved.

Once saved, select your desired illustration to be displayed in your Character Info.

Note:

You can only have 1 pending illustration request per MapleID at a time.

Each request has only 30 minutes time frame for the NPC to generate. If it exceeds 30 minutes, the ticket will be given back to you and you can retry again.

If the system deemed the current appearance is not appropriate, you will not be able to make an Illustration Request.

The Illustration results will remain available to save for approximately 90 days upon completion.

DIRECT AND MANDATED REGULATIONS

As a generative AI service, the Custom Illustration feature generates illustration outputs based on the dot-sprite images of the cosmetic items equipped by the character. The generated illustration results may not be used if they fall under any of the following categories, and PlayPark Pte Ltd and NEXON Korea Corporation may take appropriate actions, including, but not limited to suspending, modifying, or deleting the results:

① If the AI-generated result violates the Terms of Use and Abuse Policy.

② If the AI-generated result contains content that is obscene, vulgar, or otherwise contrary to public morals and social order, causing discomfort, embarrassment, or offense to other users.

③ If the AI-generated result infringe upon the legitimate rights of third parties, including trademark rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights.

In addition, as Custom Illustration outputs are generated by AI, errors may occur, and the output of generative AI may not always be accurate or complete. AI-generated results do not represent the views or opinions of PlayPark Pte Ltd or NEXON Korea Corporation.

PlayPark Pte Ltd and NEXON Korea Corporation do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated results, and shall not be held responsible for any misinterpretation, omissions, inaccuracies, or errors contained in or arising from the use of such results.
