Special world that can create up to 3 Tera Burning Characters.

Tera Burning Characters can only be created in Challengers World.

Hyper Burning MAX Characters may be created in Challengers World. (Hyper Burning MAX characters can also be created in regular worlds.)

Up to a total of 5 characters can be created in Challengers World.

All characters created in the Challengers World will receive a special buff which will last until the Challengers World has closed, or the character has performed World Leap.

Challengers World Mission

Available to character in Challengers World only.

Character Creation items will be given in the Challengers World UI which can only be claimed 5 times, 1 per Challengers World Character.

Hunting Mission

Eliminate 1,000 level range monsters (-20/+20 Level) to receive 300 Challengers Coins once per day.

Can be completed once a day, up to 5 times per week per Maple ID. Will reset every Wednesday at 2359hrs.

You can also use 2,000 Maple Points to complete 1 daily hunting mission you missed.

Receive Challengers Points and Challengers Coins on reaching the displayed levels:

Challengers Tiers

Accumulate the required Challengers Points from Daily Missions, Level Missions, and Boss Missions to reach the Challengers Tier.

Rewards from Bronze, Silver and Gold can only be received in Challengers World.

Rewards from Emerald, Diamond and Challenger can also be received in Normal Worlds (Aquila, Bootes, Cassiopeia and Draco).

Certain Rewards from Emerald, Diamond and Challenger can only be claimed in Normal Worlds (Aquila, Bootes, Cassiopeia and Draco).

The Ultimate Union Growth Potion cannot be used in Challengers World.

Challenger's Totem

Brave Challenger's Totem and Totem Enhancement Scroll

Provides a Totem to provide more stats for your Challengers World character.
This totem has 3 scroll enhancement slot, and can be scrolled with the Brave Challenger's Totem Enhancement Scroll.
Only one Challengers commemorative totem can be equipped at a time, even if you own totems from multiple seasons.
Can be used in the normal world without any changes to stats after World Leap.

Brave Challenger's Totem Option Details

Brave Challenger's Totem grants additional Bonus EXP when hunting in specific Grandis areas.
The totem will retain the same effects after transferring to a Regular World, and its options can still be reset.
Totem options can be reset using the Challengers' Totem Option Scroll, available in the Cash Shop.
Provides one option between Grandis Authentic Force regions.
The Brave Challenger's Totem grants different Bonus EXP effects based on the region, as shown below.

Barrier Core

Overview of the Barrier Core stats.

Consist of 5 Stage depending on your Rank in Challenger World Mission.

↪ Stage 2: Small Barrier (Gold, Platinum)
↪ Stage 3: Medium Barrier (Emerald)

Depending on the Barrier Core equipped, the higher the stats provided.

Demon Avenger class will receive stats as HP.

Xenon class will receive stats as All Stat.

Enhance

Click on the Enhance Barrier Core to enhance your current equipped Barrier Core.

Enhance Barrier Core requires Barrier Energy obtained by extracting Barrier Cores.

As the Barrier Core grade equipped and level gets higher, the cost will be higher.

The higher the level, the lower the success rate up to level 12.

Disarm Barrier

Everyday at midnight you will receive 3 Barrier Control Pole

automatically up to maximum of 20 you can hold at once.

You will no longer receive any Barrier Control Pole if you have reached the 20 maximum capacity.

You can use the Open Store function to purchase Barrier Control Pole Coupons in Mesos.

You can Disarm 1x or 5x at a time.

Depending on the Stage, you will obtain different grade of Barrier Core.

Challengers Seasonal Boss : Kai

Event Period:

Available to character that is level 270+, or Zero characters that is level 270+ and completed Story Quest Chapter 2 in Challengers World only.

Challenge Kai, a time wanderer who wields the sword Sequencer, infused with the power of time itself. Face off against an undefeated being from another world and prove your mastery over time

Seasonal Boss

Available only in Challengers World.
Can be cleared once per week per Maple ID.
Clear counts reset every Wednesday, 2359hrs.
Does not count toward the weekly boss clear limit.
Defeating Kai grants rewards that are more powerful than those from regular bosses.
Power Crystals are not awarded upon defeat.
Some rewards can only be used in Challengers World.

Difficulty

Normal Mode: Lv. 270 and above
Hard Mode: Lv. 280 and above
Zero characters must complete Story Quest Chapter 2 before participating.

Kai First Defeat Mission

First Defeat Reward Period:
8th July 2026, (After Maintenance) ~ 14th July 2026, 2359hrs

Available to Challenger World characters that is Level 280+, Zero character who has completed Chapter 2 for Story Quest.

How to Participate the First Defeat Mission

You can find event Season Boss Kai from the Event List.

If you are among the first 10 people in the Challengers World combined to defeat Kai on Hard difficulty during the event period, you can complete the first defeat mission.

If you complete the first defeat mission, you can obtain the following rewards through the event list during a separate reward claim period.

You must defeat the reward monster 'Chrono Module Type F' while surviving after defeating Kai (Hard) to be recognized as cleared.

You cannot participate in the first defeat mission in Practice Mode, and defeating ‘Chrono Module Type F’ will not be recognized as the first defeat.

The First Defeat Mission reward can be claimed once per Maple ID after the maintenance on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, and can be claimed in regular worlds as well.

How to Participate the Repeated Defeat Mission

If you defeat Kai at least once with a solo party during the event period, you can obtain defeat rewards through the event list based on the number of defeats.

You can receive different rewards depending on the difficulty of the Kai you defeated, and the defeat record is shared among characters within the world.

You can complete the mission even if you defeat it in practice mode.

You must complete both defeating Kai and entering the reward map to meet the mission completion conditions.
