FAQ

I created an account on Dec 12th. Am I eligible?

Only new Asiasoft Passport accounts created from Dec 13th 00:00hrs GMT+8 to January 21st 2019 23:59hrs GMT+8 are eligible. Not to worry though, PlayPark regularly holds competitions with awesome prizes so you’ll certainly be able to participate in future events!

If the competition ends on January 21st, can I make an account on January 20th and still participate?

Yes. If you’re up for the challenge to level to 50 and beyond in a day, then we certainly welcome you to try! After all, luck is a tricky thing.

Levelling to 50 sounds hard! I won’t be able to dedicate so much time.

Actually, you can hit level 50 in a couple of hours or even in a day of casual play. Pro tip: Take advantage of the Burning World and Tera Burning system. These were introduced during the Black Mage patch with the intent to help new players get to max level extremely fast.

Do I only get three chances when I hit level 150?

The chances are accumulated as you progress through the tiers, meaning, at level 100, you get 2+1 = 3. So at level 150, you’ll get 3+2+1=6. At level 200, you’ll have earned 10 chances and by level 240, you’ll have earned the maximum of 20 chances! So, the longer you play and the higher you level, the higher the number of chances you’ll have.

If levelling is fast, doesn’t that mean everyone who plays will get the max number of chances?

That’s half true. Getting to level 200 takes time but it is doable. However, gaining levels above 200 can be a challenge and requires a whole new strategy!

When will the winners be announced?

After the competition ends on January 21st, we aim to tabulate and announce the winners by the end of the week. Winners will be contacted separately and will need to verify their particulars. Be sure to register with an email you use regularly!
