[Updated] Server Check, Cash Shop Update & @Key Maintenance on 22nd September 2015

Update as at 1420hrs (GMT +8)

Please be informed that both Ares and Artemis have resumed all services as at 1421hrs (GMT +8).

Please also take note of the following:

1) Reward crediting for the Black Heaven Rebate Promotion can only be performed at the end of the month due to some unforeseen technical difficulties.

2) The issue for the level 120 weapon box disappearing when there are no empty slots have been resolved. Players who faced this issue will be credited with a new box.

3) @key Maintenance have been extended till further notice due to technical issue. Players who have @key tagged may have difficulties logging in. Please bear with us while we resolve the issue

Game services for both Ares & Artemis Gateway will not be available during the stipulated timing. Kindly log out before this period of time to avoid any game disruption.

During this period of time, players who have @key tagged to their accounts will not be able to login to our Passport Site and players who do not have an @key tagged will not be able to tag a new @key to their accounts.
