- Where are you connecting from (Malaysia/Singapore)?
- The ISP you are using (Starhub/Singnet/Streamyx/Others)?
- Type of internet connection (256K ADSL/512K broadband/Cable modem)?
- Network type (Wired LAN/Wireless)?
- Which part of the game starts to lag?
- Approximate date and time of lag experience.
