FREE Level 30 & 50 Dual Blade Character Updates | 17.11

Dear Maplers,

We have received quite a number of feedback on the following issues face by Maplers:

– Existing Character (Non-Dual Blade) achieved level 40 after 10th November 2010, but not able to redeem level 30 Dual Blade for their first Dual Blade character creation.

– Existing Character (Non-Dual Blade) achieved level 60 after 10th November 2010, but only able to redeem level 30 Dual Blade for their first Dual Blade character creation instead of level 50.

Please be informed that this issue has been noted by us and we will try to provide a suitable solution for affected Maplers as soon as possible.

For Existing Character (Non-Dual Blade) that achieved above level 40 or 60 after 10th November 2010, please kindly log out from your existing character for at least 1 hour before proceeding for your first Dual Blade character creation to avoid encountering this problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind understanding.

Updates on 16th November 2010

After the server check on 16th November 2010, some adjustments are made to help maplers who encountered the following problems.

- Existing Character (Non-Dual Blade) achieved level 40 after 10th November 2010, but not able to redeem level 30 Dual Blade for their first Dual Blade character creation.

the first created Dual Blade characters are given 1 chance after the server check on 16th November 2010 to talk to NPC Ryden to proceed to level 30/50 depending on the Existing Character’s level.

– Existing Character (Non-Dual Blade) achieved level 60 after 10th November 2010, but only able to redeem level 30 Dual Blade for their first Dual Blade character creation instead of level 50.

The first created Dual Blade characters are given 1 chance after the server check on 16th November 2010 to talk to NPC Ryden to proceed to level 50.

Updates on 19th November 2010

To clarify some confusion, the following adjustments only apply to affected accounts which encounter the above stated problems before the Server Check on 16th November 2010.

Affected Dual Blade characters will receive a pop up message upon the 1st login after the Server Check to talk to NPC Ryden.

Dual Blade characters which did not receive the pop up message upon the 1st login after the Server Check are not eligible for the additional chance.
