Delphinus/Eridanus Evan Character Bug Fix | 08.06

Dear Maplers,

We are pleased to inform affected players of the unexpected bug of the following;

There will be an automatic settings for the following quests;

1. Job Advancement Quest (Dependent on the Character’s Level)

2.Monster Riding Quest (Riding Skill Quest is dependent on the Character’s Level & Mount Quest will be auto-completed only for players who already have the related Mount Item(s) in their Character’s Inventory)

Affected players will have to approach NPC Tia for manual settings on the following;

1.Evan Story Quest
Depending on your Character’s Level, players can choose to complete any of the Evan Story Quest that they have previously completed before the bug occurred. Player will only receive Skill Points if any from the manual completion of the Evan Story Quests as players should have been rewarded with other necessary rewards before the bug occurred.

Choose to complete the quest ONLY if you have completed the quest before the bug occurred in order to reward the full rewards from the Evan Story Quest.

Do take note that:

1. Once you have chosen to complete any quest, the process is irreversible. Please choose with care and think wisely before you click to complete any of the quests.

2. To fasten the manual setting completion process for players, you may use to click to complete all Evan Story Quests of a certain level range e.g. From Level 1 ~ 9 at one go using the most bottom function available in the NPC chat.

3. Player will have to do manual setting completion for each level range quest e.g. if your character is of level 50, you have to click on each level range (Level 1 ~9, Level 10 ~19 and so on) in order to receive full SPs for the respective Job Advancement.

4. Players who have yet to advance to Dragon Master can restart their quests through NPC Anna in Utah’s House – Living Room Map.

All the above stated options will be made available to players until 30th June 2010 (before server check), after which the above stated functions will be removed permanently from the system.

We would like to advise all affected players to make use of NPC Tia to complete any previous completed Evan Story Quest before 30th June 2010. After 30th June 2010, no appeals will be entertained.

Last but not least, we would to thank all players for their patience and understanding during the investigation period.

Do stay tuned for more updates on the token of appreciation package that will be given out to all affected Evan characters in Delphinus/Eridanus within this week.
