Winners will be informed of the prize collection details via their Q-Box within 3 working days of result announcement date.

Singaporean winners are required to bring along any official document bearing their National ID number and Name (NRIC, Student Pass, or Driver's License) in order to collect their prize at Customer Service Counter.

Non-Singaporean winners are required to perform identity verification by sending any official document bearing their National ID number and Name to verification@asiasoft.net. Prize will be sent via mail to their registered AsiaSoft Passport address after verification.

All winners are to collect their prize within 21 days from the day of notification sent, else AsiaSoft reserve the right to revoke the prize.
